“I really like Once Upon A Child.
I have several children, and when they are super young, they rapidly go through clothes, therefore to have a second hand thrift shop to get clothes that are barely used, essentially brand new, and super inexpensive, is a really wonderful benefit.
They keep their clothes clean, they do their best at organization, they are usually quite friendly, they have neat sales and discounts quite regularly, the selections are usually fairly good and reliable through about 5 to 6 years old at least.
One thing though: there never seem to be many pajamas, barely any in fact. I've always wondered why.”
“Normally stop in this location when I visit this mall and I was surprised at the amount of discounted items for the weekend. It marks the beginning of the end for summer but also a great opportunity to snag a few last minute vacation items.
The store was organized for the amount of clearance items available but did not disappoint.”

“Always great ?? place to buy clothes and accessories for infants, kids and children's. They have so many varieties of socks ?, shorts, tshirts foot ? wears. So many colors ? options across everything in the store. They also have soft and learning toys . Quality of cotton clothes is very good. Water bottle ? and snack cup are also sold here. Store ? also have offers going on round the year. Lot of parking spots are available. See pics and videos for more details. Now clothes till size 14 is available (0 months to 14 years). Prices are reasonable. Staff is very nice. Thanks ??”
“Conveniently located in Menlo Park mall. Cant believe I never went inside this shop. I really liked it this time. Lots and lots of men’s showrooms but H&M is really affordable. Price was really good . Got some tshirts for 9.99. And the quality was good.
Service was ok. Could be better .. billing can be a bit quick . Got some tshirts and shorts for my kid and itt for him well. Spent a decent amount for clothing . Liked it overall. ??”

“I went with my teenaged son to purchase Eid clothing. We were greeted warmly by the most kind associate, despite the fact that it was extremely busy with everyone preparing for Eid next Wednesday. A young man who worked there helped my son with sizing and then, as we were checking out, the cashier -- who, in between was unboxing inventory (there was a lot going on!) -- helped explain to him how to insert the drawstring for his pants. Not to mention, the interior of the store is very calming and nicely designed.”

“As much as I love shopping at Zara, I equally hate the lines. There has to be a better way. It should not take longer to get checked out than it does to pick out 4 outfits and try them on for your upcoming vacation. With the wealth of this company and its family, maybe take a page from your neighbors at Uniqlo and get on board with there self checkout and basically no lines!!!”

“I got a great deal in the clearance section on a couple of beautiful Pfaltzgraff dinner sets. They should put signs up with arrows to locate the elevators and bathrooms.”
