They took the time to truly understand my home, my pets, and what I was looking for, and they helped me find the perfect kitten to fit right in.

The women who volunteer at New Beginnings are kind, patient, and genuinely dedicated. They answer every question and guide you through the process with care. This isn’t the kind of place where you walk in, pick a cat, and leave. They make sure the match is right—for you and for the cat.

The facility itself is impressively clean and has none of the odors you often find in rescue environments. It’s clear that these cats are deeply loved and exceptionally cared for. “Really kind employees, nice and organized, two dressing rooms they close 30 minutes before closing time, they have a clean bathroom, and they accept donations in the very back of the store (drive around to the rear)! I would say everything is reasonably priced, it’s definitely not as cheap as it used to be, but it can be manageable. I purchased 3 dresses, 2 nightgowns, 1 skirt, and 4 bowls for $60.”
