You need to visit minute clinic well make sure you are ready to wait even with appointment. If you are going to make customers wait more than an hr especially when the waiting area is a ghost town please get seats that are more comfortable.

1/3/25 7:30am. Tried to buy DayQuil, but had to use self checkout because no employees were in the store. Self checkout doesn’t let me buy it because it’s age restricted, which is fine obviously, but I then walk around this CVS for 5+ minutes looking for someone to help me. Self checkout is beeping and flashing too, and it takes me walking up to the security room three times for a guy to finally walk out and nastily ask “do you need something?”. I say yes and motion to the flashing self checkout, but he again, nastily goes “with what?” Brother. You are the only employee in the store and were in the security booth able to see everything. On your phone or not, self checkout has been blaring and flashing for ten minutes with a customer walking up trying to see through the one-way mirror for anybody, and then you come out with a serious attitude?

I go to this pharmacy often to pick up my medication. The pharmacist and their staff are very attentive and very knowledgeable in explaining any questions I may have.

This pharmacy deserves negative stars. The store itself was fine but it feels like there 2 different worlds under one roof. The pharmacy staff takes their lunch break VERY seriously. God forbid you unintentionally show up 5 min before the break to pick up a prescription, you are treated like garbage, because all customers should know their lunch break schedule by heart. All they had to do was to explain like a decent human being with common courtesy they are shutting down for lunch break and when they will be back and I would have been fine and come back later. Instead, one younger woman who was standing at the back yelled out with some fresh attitude it's their lunch break, in front of my young son. If you'd rather not speak to the customers which is part of your job btw, a simple clear sign posted at the pharmacy counter will do. Not everyone stops at the main door to check your hours. I asked what time to come back and she repeated it's their lunch break again with a freshness. The other older man was no better and again repeated the same thing like a parrot. Maybe they thought we didn't understand English and didn't hear my question. Maybe they were low on blood sugar and maybe they need a "halftime" break as well to help them until the lunch break so they can do their job they are compensated to do. I changed my pharmacist since this unacceptable experience.

Unfortunately. I have to give 1 star to write my review. I wish I can give no star. The worst and raciest customer service while you need help over the counter medication. Which they lock it and you need someone to open for you,Plus one in the pharmacy with glass. She has no respect and very rude. She is always having gum in here mouth while she is taking to customer. And when you ask her something she pretend like she don’t see or hear you

went for tdap vaccine. gave them all my medical information and they could not verify the information. after 20 minutes I asked for my cards back and left.
about a year ago i filled a prescription there. a week later i returned to fill another prescription. they were unable to verify coverage. after 30 minutes they gave me the prescription for free and i left.

Only one person working at the MinuteClinic and there’s a line of people waiting. Appointments are running over time. Waste of time.
