Definitely won’t be going back due to them being shady and unprofessional, went for an alignment and charged me even tho they didn’t do the rear, lied about deleting the alignment sheet. Went back and still messed it up and still no paperwork. Was refunded but came out to my door lock pushed in and manager didn’t wanna do business with me and to prove that they messed up the door lock. Won’t be coming back and hope you choose another location

Service was OK but the tech (if you want to call him that) had an attitude. I got 2 new tires , it cost me what they quoted. I guess that's all you can expect with this generation.

Two and one half hours for a simple oil change?
After I had an appointment and was told it would take about 45 minutes. Great way to lose a loyal customer.

Horrible....I had an appt., and got there before and still an hour later my car hasn't been touched, when I said I was leaving the decided to turn on my truck, I still left. Next day I recieve am email detailing what they had done, so there was a an invoice for something that wasn't performed.

Drop my car off 12:50 Made an appointment for 1:00on a Sunday Waiting at the mall Picked up my car at 4:00 And the only thing she says, I am sorry then come here 15 years so disappointed of the service

After speaking with Bill from the East Brunswick location. He really came through and helped me out for an error and experience I had prior. Appreciate the staff for their help making things right.

Prices are way too high unprofessional especially Billy his foul language at me and his employees I felt rail road i came in and ask for 2 things get fixed and they give me a list of things wrong. As Customer I don’t want that and if so make sure it super affordable for the customer to pay. I will commend Brendan for his outstanding customer service and amazing understanding. their was another gentleman there as well I don’t know who he was but he was super helpful and outstanding with his customer service I appreciate them both. Until Firestone can get their price super low and do what the customer ask for I will not be returning.

I recently got my tire plugged after getting a nail in it, the young lady at the front desk (I believe her name was Raegan) was super sweet and helpful. I had mentioned during conversation that I needed to get my ac fixed at some point and she gave me info on how the process would work to diagnose what could be wrong. I will definitely be coming back to Firestone!
