Dealing with these people is the worst. I actually worked for them for a bit and I'm glad it was a short stay. Now I can't even get my tax documents from them even after calling. Maybe a bad review will get their attention.

Store in Miami:8003 NW 95th St Unit #: 3 Hialeah FL 33016.Terrible service I order a sectional and they will call every week to postponed delivery date. After two months of waiting they called to let me know the sectional I ordered wasn’t available is the color I order but was available in white I agree to change the color and still 3 weeks later I had to cancel the order because the never delivered the couch. Even after I cancel the order on December 28th I have to wait till January 2nd 2023 in order to get the money back because the store is open but the warehouse is close.

This Recliner lasted only 2 yrs, then completely fell apart. I typically only used 1 side, then at 2 years it started falling apart. So I. used the other side, didnt even last a month. Complete waste, terribly made overseas with terrible quality.

After buying their insurance plan, I finally needed to use it for the first time after a few years and they had me email pictures but then they call me back and say they cannot help because according to them the stains are old. What's the point of having insurance?! Are you kidding me?! What a way to treat a good customer. They didn't even offer any type of help at all and said they can just give me store credit for the insurance. Well no! I will never shop there ever again. DO NOT buy their insurance plans!

Loaded in less than 2hrs, turn rt off 6th st just b 4 the bldg park just b 4 the gate, walk back to front of bldg to ck in. Good people very tight for trucks.

I was there monday at 6pm june 6th 2022, and been help profesionaly with the ladies, im didnt ask her name, she is very profesionall and friendly, so we pick up view item and total cost around $3000, i ask her if im approved for credit from wellfargo , i can financing it for 60 months, and yup ... im aproved, but after need to check out, the guy name phil, the old cranky guy and rude , said i cant get it because my state id from washington, i just moved to new house at east brunswick, nj , why???? Store policy he said rudely, really????? Why you didnt told ealier, if i knew , im not gonna applied credit, and ran my credit report, i could applying in some where else who appreciated my business, , but you guys never told me this..... i will report this matter to better business beaurau, and will complain to main branch, DONT PLAY ARROUND WITH SOME ONE CREDIT AND RUIN MY CREDIT .... Luckly, i owent to valu city in iselin.... And yhey welcome me nicely.... Shame on you Phil, business is tough, and you just lost $3000 , if you sont like the job , just quite old man and stay home ....

Had our reclining couch and loveseat for about 6 years now. Within the first 2 months of owning the beautiful set, it began to fall apart. Now to this day we are constantly repairing the couch. The couch keeps separating from the middle on both sides. Only advantage so far is the cloth has held up somewhat.*We are not a family that is hard on our furniture.*

The Dealer customer service is Amazing‼️ Products always come in in great condition and on the rare chance you have an issue and I mean rare, they handle it so swiftly and with ease my #1 wish they had a bit more selection but other than that products are good customer service is great for dealers.

I waited forever for my bedroom furniture to be in stock after the sales man told me it was in stock when I ordered. I'm still waiting for my night stand and I ordered in November!
