“I'm an 80 year old fitness male for (60 years). Belonged to major clubs in East Brunswick for 50 years & before Brooklyn, NY. I joined Crunch EB Feb2021, as my best option (I'm particular) as existing clubs were closing or failing.
This facility is well managed (Jessica) w/ well qualified & inspirational staff (trainers, class instructors, front-end). Some of the more experienced front-end folks (eg. Kathy, Chris, Nicole) & Mgrs (eg. Josh, Jake) provide a stabilizing mentoring influence w/ inevitable staff changes. The club offers a wide variety of services & well maintained equipment. Pool & Sauna are only options missing. The member mix (all-ages) is congenial & works for me.

“When you walk in you always are greeted by Lisa OM on weekdays,even if she busy .This location the hot tub is a perfect temperature Hot , compared to other locations. The sauna runs between 180-190 hot and relaxing after a good workout wish other locations would run at that temperature thank you Lisa.If the pool or the Spa or either of the sauna are down, they are usually up and running within a few days. It takes time to get the person out there to address the problem. Compared to other la fitness this one is there better one that s why I’m glad they have a manager that CARES”

“The coaches at CF Barbending are incredibly well trained and super friendly! The classes are tough, but the availability for scaling is not something you come across at many crossfit gyms. It makes you feel capable. My mom and brother take class regularly here and they love it. The owners are SO nice too. You can’t go wrong. I will definitely be returning for more classes!”
