We have a family member who lives there and the place seems to be well maintained

1 star solely for esthetics. I've checked out a few places for my dad for residency and this location has to be the most dated establishment. The staff are nice and friendly, but the entrance, the lounge, the office, the apartments, the color of the walls as well as the outside of the building are all very dreary.
