Hello! I have to say 2 things about my recent purchase. One, the pants are amazing; I almost started crying when my daughter tried them on. Perfect fit, perfect look, perfect everything. Two, the team members at the East Brunswick, NJ location are absoluelty phenomenal! Kira helped me and my daughter so much! We had so much trouble trying to find this style of pants anywhere. Amazon had failed us, google failed us, even the online store failed us, but Kira made it happen! She found us the correct style and ordered us the size that seemed best. She made appropriate suggestions about what exactly to order and she nailed it on the head! I even went to the Freehold store and did not recieve the same amount of care and attention that Kira gave me (although they did come close). Then when we went to pick up the pants, Adam was like an angel sent to help us! He was everything that makes the East Brunswick store our favoritw store. Warm, welcoming, attentive, and friendly! EB is always our go to Hot Topic, and these 2 employees really drove the matter home for us it is our favorite place to shop! Thank you Kira and Adam!

:) I really enjoyed the variety in accessories! It's a decent size store, but for it's size, I feel like it has more choices! The workers are extremely pleasant and sweet! (≧▽≦) Adam is very fun and polite to the customers. I felt very welcomed in the store :D

Friendly staff and I like how dark this hot topic is, the only downside is the size but it's not their fault, despite the size they still carry decent amount of merchandise and they have a decent amount of alt stuff like how hot topic was in the 2000s

I would certainly come back to my local Hot Topic at the Brunswick Place mall again. Hailey from HT was very courteous and greeted me as soon as I came in. I had a large online pickup (the photo doesn’t do it justice; I was on a bench when I took the photo) and she was professionally prompt in setting up my takeout. I have been shopping at HT for a very long time and I will continue to shop until the end of time! Kudos to Hailey for setting up the final touches to my order. Your kindness truly goes a long way!

i have been coming here for 6 years now. even after all the staff changes, the staff are always so fun and great to be with :) i have befriended a couple of ppl who worked there! they always do there best, have never had any issues. thank you ?

I was in the store on 4/16 around 4:45-5:15pm.Just want to say thank younto the gentleman who was there helping me and other customers!Not only was he informative about the items I was interested in, he led me on to a new style of horror t-shirts. I called him the best and worst salesman because he was pointing out items i loved, but he tempting me to spend a lot of money. In the end, TOTALLY WORTH IT!!Unfortunately, I didn't get his name, but I'm hoping the date and time helped so you know who he was!???
