If I can give this company a 0 I totally would.
I had purchased an expensive cage set up and when it arrived fhe castors were literally cracked and broken;likely a manufacturer issue. When I called King's Cages, I was speaking to a woman and she was horribly rude and I didn't feel like my issue was addressed. I had sent an email in hopes that someone else could help me. I waited and waited and finally got a reply back. Lone behold, I needed to go to the company that I purchased the cage from.
In the end, nothing was done properly.
Horrible customer service!!!!!!!

Do not buy from them. Received my cage on Oct 13 2023 and it was damaged the one side was bent. The one wooden perch was cracked and for almost $600.00 not built very good. Poor quality. Don’t even ask about return policy because the person i spoke with does not understand it was under the 15 day policy. She also gave me a hard time.

Nichole is easy to get a hold of and always returns our calls. Not only Nicole, everyone at Kings cages are great at their jobs and have outstanding customer service skills. USA made, excellent quality parrot cages with beautiful powder coating. Easy to assemble (2 people for larger cages). I love the extra dome top door platform on the #9003628 for my new rescue Amazon parrot. Great customer service too…Dawn is a gem!

Let me start with I never have purchased anything from them I attempted to I had to contact them about 5 to 6 times to see if they had the part that I needed. I sent them emails calls pictures sizes and it took over a month to hear from them. Reached out to them today via phone to get a follow back on previous conversation was "assisted "by Mari and she definitely needs to go back and get better Customer Service she stated she sent me an email a few weeks back in response to my question which I never got I asked her to forward it and she immediately sent it to me and I got ultimately I was saying a word thank you very much I appreciate it and before I can finish Mary hung up the phone on me. Called back spoke to Kim The manager of the warehouse and just the same poor customer Service I let her know about my situation and explain that she should send Mari back to training for Customer Service as she lacks it. And Kim responded with thank you for your advice anything else that you need it no apology no ownership no anything definitely would recommend buying from someone else unless you want you Half two months to wait for your part/cages

I have had a 20 year relationship with King's Cages and they never disappoint. They are 100% customer focused at all times. They are always willing to help, whether it's sourcing for parts or assisting on cage assembly and everything in between. Their cages are top notch quality.

my cage arrived pretty banged up and was bent on one of the sides making it big enough to where my bird easily could have fit his head through and gotten stuck. Additionally, it arrived without a top latch for the platform on the front to open/close it like shown in the image online and in the instruction diagram. Very unhappy with this as I spent almost $500 for what I thought would be a good quality cage. The paint also arrived already chipped off in some areas exposing the metal underneath.

We have had a long standing relationship with Kings. Who better to ask cage questions to than the people who been manufacturing some of the highest quality cages for 40+ years. Running a non profit parrot rescue has led to us having complex questions about cages. The in-depth understand that Kings and their staff has about which cages are most suited for each species of parrot or bird has been paramount. When we say, “hey we have a macaw who destroyed 2 cages in their previous home,” they knew we needed stainless. Or if we have a species that is prone to chewing, they recommended the aluminum cages which was spot on and worked perfectly. This understanding has been immeasurable in our ability to place birds into safe, long lasting cages that we can feel confident in. Their selection of cages, toys, stands, food and anything your bird or parrot needs is amazing. The whole King family has also always been amazing with their donations as well. We can’t speak highly enough about Kings and their staff.

Bad Customer Service!!!! I bought a King Care a little over a year ago for a small blue quaker parrot when purchasing the bird from a small breeder. Initially the cage had problems with black coming thru the seed baffles and the breeder contacted King and they replaced them!The paint coating is coming off in several locations throughout the cage! Mainly in two places near the door and top small door. I contacted King and spoke with Dawn. While on the phone she was seemed very helpful and ask me to send photos via text message.I was told via text that "it looks like bird damage from pecking" and they could offer paint to fix the problem.When I reply'd to the text I've heard NOTHING BACK FROM THESE PEOPLE!First off this is a $500-600 cage not a $200 cage purchased from Walmart or PetSmart.Paint will not solve the problem b/c it's not baked on the cage.I don't believe this problem was created by my small parrot she does not chew on the bars of the cage. My feeling is that the "baked" on color comes off in certain areas with time.I was asked if I power washed the cage = NOI only use a sponge, warm water and dash of vinegar much less abrasive than P*** off and other things!I will NEVER buy another King Cage due to their lack of caring and standing behind their products!At least text me back with a response or alternative solution. Own the problem and fix it!oh BTW this is a photo of my bird that is sitting on a solid pine dining room chair which she has NEVER chewed on on 13months!

My friend purchased two travel cages… She is pleased with the quality, looks and functionality of the items she received and says that customer service was nothing short of REMARQUABLE!!!
