I had a pleasant experience getting blood drawn from this location this morning. I walked in without an appointment. The waiting room was very crowded but everything moved very fast. I only had to wait about 15 minutes until I was called back for pre-check-in. Dipti drew my blood, and she was very patient and accommodating to my needs.

Pathetic staff & this is the ONLY Labcorp location which closes at 2 pm Everyday!!!!

Other than the EB location being real busy. It’s still my go to when it comes to labs. I just want to say I usually have a hard time when it comes to bloodwork. My veins just want to hide! I’ve had experiences at hospitals and doctors offices where 3-4 ppl are sticking me and nothing, even the doctor can’t draw my blood...I've been coming to the labcorp in east Brunswick and I must say, Saku(from Napal) and Briana are quick to find my vein! I always give props to people that can find my vein and these two ladies can! Thank you Saku and Briana for making my experience easy, smooth, and for not making me feel crappy like some other places do for not having my veins visible.

Hello,
We visited Labcorp today morning for a bloodwork for my 80 year old dad, who is a COPD patient. First of all, we had to wait for 50 min after checking in and there was a miscommunication about if they have a wheelchair or not. We had not brought our wheelchair under the assumption that they will have one. Anyway, after waiting for 50 min in the car, when we realized that the expectation was that we need to have our own wheelchair, my dad said that he will try to walk. However, he had to rest once in the corridor and a gentleman in the LabCorp, very kindly let us use a chair for the hallway. I really hope that by disclosing this information of his kindness, he is not in trouble. After the blood work, when we made that request to take one of their chairs to the hallway (in between their two doors, which is their own space), our request was inhumanly and cruelly rejected by the the person in charge. I am still horrified by the inhuman treatment. Who would do such a thing?? What is at stake here? A chair? I am still wondering about the thought process behind this decision. I really hope that they revise their policy on this (if they have one) and no one has to go through this again. This was one of the most helpless situations that I have gone through so far and my belief in the good nature of people is not affected by this. However, I am shocked and terrified thinking of the consequences if my dad couldn't walk back at all to the entrance. I had zero options at that point. If the administration is reading this review, I request that you please revise this policy and educate your staff on this. Please call me if you need any further info.

I had a terrible experience at this lab location, my son was little(15month)and they had 3 Phlebotomists doing the blood work. The last one was amazing and she is right in the point, The second Phlebotomist was very unprofessional and use the needle to go around to find the vessel, image your kid is crying loudly and asking for help in your shoulder and you can’t do anything!

I had a terrible experience at this Labcorp location. I had an appointment for 12 PM, but I wasn’t seen until 12:45 despite it being a simple fingerprinting process. The technician clearly had no idea what she was doing – she kept messing up and was completely untrained. I had to assist her with the process because she was doing the wrong fingerprints multiple times. It was extremely unprofessional. On top of that, the front desk staff were incredibly rude and dismissive. They wouldn’t answer any of my questions and showed no interest in helping. Overall, it was a very frustrating and disappointing visit.

The receptionist was rude and rushing me out. This location didn't have the h pylori breath test I needed. She wouldn't tell me when they might have it in the future or another location I might find this test. I had other tests ordered, but she didn't want to even assist me with the other items until I insisted. I dont feel comfortable coming back.

10am appointment did get called in till 10:15am. Then sign in, then 7 people in HALLWAY waiting in front of me. Only 2 tech’s drawing blood.
What a JOKE!!!!, plenty of employees walking around doing NOTHING!!!. Place is gone downhill. HORRIBLE.

The staff here are very nice and attentive , I got through pretty quickly as well. One thing id recommend is not coming here with your kids if you have a choice unless they are the ones in need of testing. Very small space, limited chairs so it would be very uncomfortable being in this space with extra people. I came here with my toddler and it was a headache to say the least haha. But service was good ! THANK YOU !

Excellent service. They are amazing.
Literally waited 5 min from check in to getting my bloodwork done. At least 5 people in front of me, yet they process you at a rapid speed. Definitely my lab from now on

I like this LabCorp location. They're friendly but quick. I like the auto check-in and the fact that they push people through efficiently. The staff does a good job explaining. The phlebotomists do a phenomenal job drawing blood. I am not an easy draw but they never have problems with me.

I have been, at this location, multiple times. Every time has been an excellent experience. Easy to book, no wait time, when I do pre-check in, and in and out quickly. Today, Bragna drew my blood. She was wonderful! Friendly, kind, and painless. Before I knew it, she was done! I highly recommend this location.
