I had a terrible experience. I bought a 2012 Nissan Altima 2.5S on September 5, 2025. On September 24, it failed the state inspection because smoke billowed from the exhaust above 4000 rpm. Several sensors were not ready. The front wheel bearing was damaged, and the engine hummed loudly when accelerating slowly to 1200 rpm. The radiator's main fan wouldn't spin. I replaced the fan motor and fuse myself, and it finally started spinning.
On September 30, just as I was about to complete my first drive cycle with my son, the radiator hose and line burst on the highway, spraying hot liquid out the side of the hood at high speeds. It's extremely dangerous. The car is now completely undriveable.
I assumed the dealer would perform some inspections before they buying and selling it, but apparently there seems no. I didn't expect to buy a perfect used car here, but at least it could pass the state inspection and was safe to drive on the road.
I was so naive.
This was a truly terrible experience.
Now this car is no longer worth repairing. I hope that when someone comes to buy a car in the future, they will read the reviews, especially the negative reviews, before considering whether to buy it.

I just purchased a 2005 Mini Cooper from the M2 group. They were very responsive and helpful and made the purchase easy. They arranged transportation of the car to my house and I received it in a very timely fashion. Update- 5 months later had an evap leak, burning through 5 liters of oil a month, check engine light constantly going on, an issue with the catalytic converter, rusted spots on the car patched up with touchup paint very sloppily, windshield washer fluid light would come on when the fluid was filled to the top. Too many problems for it to be worth it. I traded the car in to get a brand new car because it was cheaper than maintaining that piece of junk. Hard pass if you want to get a car from this place or get a professional mechanic to look the car over inside and out before you decide to purchase. Sorry but I cannot bear false witness.

I bought a Bmw X5 car from this company 2 months ago. Until the sale, they build endless trust with their words, assuring you that they will help with any problems. However, this is completely false. Because of the documents they make you sign during the sale, you have no right to say a word afterward. This allows them to sell faulty, problematic cars as they wish.
Three days after I bought the car, I went back because of a noise coming from the right suspension. They said it would cost $220. When I mentioned the horn wasn’t working, they said they don’t deal with that and would charge $200 just to diagnose the issue.
One month later, the car had a major engine problem, and the service told me the engine needed to be replaced, which would cost $20,000. Of course, they offered no help with this either. The car I paid $10,000 for turned into a piece of junk within 2 months.
Anyone considering buying a car from here should be aware of these issues. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had, and this business is not honest.”
