The Macy's Rogue Valley Mall location offers a wide selection of top fashion brands, including Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Clinique, Estée Lauder, and Levi's, along with a variety of housewares, gifts, and furniture. Despite some customer feedback about limited merchandise selection and understaffing at certain locations, the sales representatives are generally described as helpful and pleasant. Customers have found good deals in the clearance sections, with one reviewer highlighting a $6.93 purchase of a "tools of the trade" pan. While some stores may appear to be on the verge of closing, Macy's continues to be a reliable and iconic American retailer.
I'm not sure if they are, but it looks like they're going out of business, so the selections, especially in the men's department, weren't the best. However, the service I received in the men's and jewelry department was exceptional. Thank you ladies.

For men suits there is not much selections. Ie: slim fit not on store only online.

I'm disappointed in the lack of selection, there wasn't a lot of merchandise, but the sales rep was wonderful.
