They got the work done but didn’t tell me my car had to stay overnight till the next day I dropped off the car at around 2pm and they close at 6pm. No one called or let me know it had to stay there and when I called and complained about it all I was told was “we got busy and I forgot”. Will not be coming back here

Paul really went above and beyond to make sure he got my rim…He said it will be done by Thursday and he actually got my rim 2 days before..While everyone that i called said it was impossible to even find a rim for my car Paul assured me he will take care of me and he sure did do what he promised!!!This is the greatest customer service he listened to me and my concerns and made sure all of my questions was answered..I am a satisfied customer and it will not be the last time i come here..I highly recommend this place very professional and friendly.THANKS PAUL!!!!

If I am the client, do not be rude when answering me, treat me politely, it is very sad to visit a place with prestige and poorly educated people, I do not recommend it😔😔😔

Sketchy spot, they just try to up charge you random things. customer service rep is very rude behind the desk as well, avoid this spot at all costs

The online coupons are a catfish. Said the oil change would be $34.99 and it turned out to be about $100 which is more than I’ve ever spent for an oil change anywhere I’ve ever went. I asked for synthetic blend, to upcharge they put in full synthetic.

This is the worst place to bring your car!! Stay away from this place!!!I went to get an oil change with the promotion of $29.99 Synthetic Blend and they older guy that works there refused to do the oil change. He claimed my car requires the Full Synthetic for $100. He said check with the dealer which I did and they said there was no problem using Synthetic blend. I also pulled the owners manual and showed this guy it shows Synthetic Blend. I spoke to the mechanics at the dealership they said it was fine, I called different places and it was also fine. He justdid NOT want to honor the promotion advertised all over social media for $29.99. I asked him to speak with the manager he said he was the manager. I asked for the other guy who was the owner but he was not there. I brought my four cars there for service in the past, now I will never come back to this place. This guy just wants to take advantage of people. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place!! The customer service there is absolutely horrible!!

I has a flat tire with a nail in it, I thought they could fix it but I was advised by Omar that the tire is pretty bad and needs to be replaced. He made the call to have a tire delivered and had it installed in over an hour. So, even though the cost was a little pricey becuase at Walmart it would have been cheaper, I was happy with the promptness, fast service and overall, the convenience of getting it done the same day and the right way. Sometimes is not worthwhile to try to save some money somewhere else but waiting for days and wasting time. Too much hassle to go through.

I don't recommend it, they treated me badly just for parking in front, the dark-haired mechanic was also rude, I changed 2 minutes away with Meineke Center, 300 Rt 18 N.East Brunswick...perfect customer service

First time getting wife’s oil change with tire rotation. Rotation was done on one side only. I marked tires to check. Went to leave and lug nuts not even tightened. Spoke to manager or owner and showed no concern. Figured let me see if service got any better. Made appointment and upon walking in manager or owner noticed me and said look familiar. Told him about the last time and said all right will take care of it this time. Again was suppose to be rotation and oil change. Oil change done and no tire rotation. Asked why and he told me it was done last time which in fact it wasn’t. Do not recommend or will I ever return to this location

Horrible first time experience, Front desk person was rude. Horrible customer service! Will not return.Do not recommend. There are plenty of other places 100% better. Guy laughed at me when I tried to double check pricing for oil change.Would give 0 stars if possible!
