Went there to get my oil seal replaced for an e-250. They looked at the van and gave an est. We scheduled the for that saturday. The night before, they called me and said they needed a tool then canceled. I called Monday to reschedule and got the run around. My tech said there was a rattle on the 6" storage tube. Turns out the rack was crushed. Ony way that can happen is their lift. Stay away from theses incompetent people.

Terrible service had to wait almost 2 hours to put in 2 tires and it completely messed my cars alignment up and they refused to fix it and wouldn’t take responsibility even though the alignment was perfect before they put the tires in

I came in to get my battery changed and unfortunately needed a new starter. These guys were attentive and helpful and helped get this fixed in a timely manner. I would definitely go back for any of my car repair needs. Victor was more than helpful and the team was great! Highly recommend.

Came in for a serpentine belt change was quoted 213 the part they bought was more then his estimated price which was fine but then i got charged a misc fee and didnt find out about it until after i paid and saw the Receipt I was also told the labor rate was 184 and was charged 212 for labor

Great Service and Professional Staff:
Starting from the appearance of the shop, the waiting area was well maintained; so you can tell they take pride in their work environment.
I was greeted by Victor who was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me the exact breakdown of the pricing for my oil change service and was able to assist in answering a few other concerns I had. I left satisfied with my cars oil change.
Highly recommend Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers in East Brunswick to anyone looking for a reliable place for auto repairs.

Recently visited the East Brunswick location and I had a great experience. Victor was very helpful, he explained what my car needed and answered all my questions. Didn't have to wait too long to get my car back, it was quick, in and out. Definitely will be coming back for future tire services.
