This PNC branch replaced an HSBC branch that used to be here. Compared to other mainstream banks like JPMorgan Chase Bank, the employees are not as efficient when processing regular transactions at the window. The employees are very slow, and I've seen customers become impatient. Leaving the branch to merge onto Route 18 is difficult. You could be waiting for days.

The only thing bank manger knows how to open business account that’s sat no service after that she don’t got no time for their customers if you speak Spanish you will be the first one will get help I have 5 accounts with Pnc and I will closing all 5 of them worst worst

I would like to share my disappointing experience with a loan refinancing officer Raphaela and PNC Bank. Our scheduled appointment was a complete letdown as we were made to wait while walk-in customers were prioritized. After more than 10 minutes of waiting, the officer finally called us into her room. However, instead of providing assistance, she judged us based on our outfits and quickly dismissed us. She claimed that our application required extensive paperwork and printing, which she deemed too time-consuming and complex. It became evident that she lacked experience in processing car refinancing applications and simply wanted to avoid working with us. When we asked for an explanation, she resorted to finding false errors in our application and used excuses like a slow printer on the premises to avoid addressing our concerns during the same appointment. Overall, our encounter with this officer and PNC Bank was incredibly unprofessional and left us frustrated and disheartened.Furthermore, I would like to highlight an additional issue we encountered with the loan refinancing officer and PNC Bank. During the appointment, the officer demonstrated her lack of experience by forgetting to take our signature on the credit application. It was only a week later when she realized her mistake and contacted us, issuing a threat that we needed to immediately visit her office and sign the credit application or else she would cancel our car refinancing application altogether. This level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is deeply concerning and only added to our dissatisfaction with the entire process.

This new PNC Bank branch is very beautiful you can tell it is brand new. My major issue is how do you have a major bank branch on Rt18 but only one bank teller (the desk has only room for 1 rep). There should be 2-3 tellers as well as a drive thru service. Very disappointed at this location especially being off of a major road in the East Brunswick area.

Avoid dealing with the manager here. He doesn’t understand customer service. After 17 years of having to put up with some of these pathetic nuances incl. their deficiencies around tech for retail clients, I am closing my accounts and moving to Chase. Chase doesnt have a paltry in-branch $2000 cash withdrawal limit, especially at a location, such as this considered to be a larger branch and ~70,000 cars passing daily. ??♂️Quite simply this bank doesn’t care about its clients, I don’t see a single response from the bank to any of these reviews, which seem to spell out a consistent problem with staff there.

Worst customer service at this location. There is always an issue with inexperienced personnel here. I've been a PNC CUSTOMER FOR 10 YEARS and the teller said she couldnt verify my signature which is completely impossible. If you don't know how to do your job don't pull me off a line in to your office, get more training or go back to school. Then come back to PNC.

Quite confused about giving the rating for this PNC branch. Overall I had good experience with the bank, however sometimes I was turned back without the work done so giving 3/5 stars for now. I stay close to bank area so it was great help even when I didn’t had car. Staff is mix of great and average relationship officers. Place has around 10-12 parking spaces and it has drive through ATM. Additional ATM and deposit machine is present inside the bank with a separate entrance and is open 24/7. Thanks,

I have been a customer of PNC for more than 20 years, never an issue with any branch and the staff.Until today at this particular branch located at 289 NJ 18 in East Brunswick.By the reviews I see I’m not the only one to express the unsatisfaction and frustration towards this branch, specially with the Manager.Not only he is rude but unprofessional with no good manners to customers, not pleasant.He told me that he couldn’t help me that he couldn’t do anything because of PNC rules.I knew he was wrong because I have done this transactions for the past 20 years so he was wrong!I end up calling PNC call center and made my complain.They end up sending me to a different PNC branch. With very nice staff members.Was in and out with no issues, problem solved but I had to go out of my way.So dear Manager please pay attention to customers reviews you may learn a few things from them and change your manager skills.

I came from far away to deposit an electronic check and I have already made it in other branches without any problem, here I was attended by Marelyn Baczer and She did not accepted it, She did not want to print it either she told me to go and printed somewhere else, in all the other branches They have been very kind and they have printed it for me for later depositing, this unfortunate woman should not be a branch manager, she very rude !!
