What a wonderful experience at the welfare office , I mean quest. I walked in and was greeted by machines, check in and waited a whole hour and 30 minutes before being called by a grumpy woman. No customer service, no kind words , just in and out- all you are is a number. Bye bye nice swift kick in the ass out the door and a wonderful black and blue on my arm to go with it, why do you ask? Cause the training these people have is so sub par the probably can get away with it because not one single person gives a rats ass, why should they - the insurance company only pays them $1,200 a person per blood panel.

Needed bloodwork right away so had to come in as a walk in. Got here at 7 AM. It’s after 10 AM and they have taken a total of 2 walk-ins since I got here. They over book so they are full and are not accommodating at all without an appointment. The staff do not communicate with walk ins and are rude if you try and speak with them to ask a question.
Just take a look at the one star reviews - many are walk ins and are treated like crap

Location is very convenient but staff are stressed and rude. The East Brunswick site has a 2 week lead time to get an appointment before 9 AM.
At my last visit I had to help another customer log-in using iPad because staff was “too busy”; excuse me but that is their job not mine. Another elderly man, who was a walk-in, asked me a question that I didn’t know the answer to, so I told him to ask the staff and he told me he couldn’t because they get mad at you if you ask questions.
I had an appointment for 9:20AM, but went in at 7:30 AM as a walk-in. I didn’t get in until 9:40 AM and not 1 walk-in of the 6 on the list were seen when I departed at 9:50. That elderly man said he had been there since 7:20 so he just left when I did. He was #1 on the walking list but staff was not informing walking arriving that there was no chance they would get in.

Waited over 1.5 hr with my mother in a wheelchair. Screen was a joke. Kept calling people that weren't even on screen. Go somewhere else. Like lapcorp.

The person taking my blood was not careful and it hurt quite a bit and she did a lousy job with the bandage. Blood was streaming down my arm. Another worker had to clean my arm and re-bandage my arm.

I signed in on line but when I arrived I was told that I was not signed in at all. The man said I would have to sign in again on their machine. I had trouble using the malfunctioning sign in computers then when I tried to talk to the man working there about the problem he acted very rude and did not want to help in any way and told me I would have to wait my turn as a walk-in patient which was a long line. I have trouble walking and I use two canes to help me walk. He would not help me in any way so I left and went home. I hope he can be found out and dealt with in a stern way. I had to come back the next day because I needed the results for an already scheduled CT scan and had a better experience with a different person.

I have a feeling a lot of the negative reviews are coming from people without appointments. Believe it or not, this place is always busy. Bc at the end of the day, their phlebotomists are actually very good. I’m a hard stick. I was recently in the ER and even their nurse couldn’t get a line started. 5 attempts, it was pathetic. But I digress. Both times I’ve been here they have gotten my blood in one shot, without blowing my veins. Make an appointment and you’ll be in and out. It’s simple. And they’ve gotten much more nice and professional this last go around. I recommend them.

Very bad service, if you don't have appointment they treat like Trash. My problem is, why do they accept those who don't have appointment? If you don't have a place to fixed them, then don't let them walk-in at all. I have been here for almost 2hrs. Very Disappointed!!!

I had to repeat my bloodwork because when I was there on 7/17/24, your phlebotomist screwed up royally. I personally handed her my prescriptions which she obviously didn’t look at and ordered bloodwork from a doctor I have never seen in my life. I called your customer service number and was told by your answering robot that I had a 5-10 minute wait, then I was told I had a 10-20 minute wait, then after I was holding on for over 40 minutes I was told I had a 40 minute wait. Then I finally spoke to Rhonda H to told me she was immediately emailing Raquel the Supervisor in East Brunswick to tell her what happened and she would get back to me that day and she was sure Raquel would get me in to repeat my bloodwork immediately. I never heard from Raquel until late the following day. I had to make appt for bloodwork at 2:10 pm and it was a fasting bloodwork and I’m a diabetic.
Fortunate Kim was there to take care of me as your other phlebotomist s obviously didn’t know what they were doing as they said they couldn’t find me or my prior bloodwork in their system

I found my self in a very awkward n abysmal situation when I visited this facility for an employment drug test, I was made to drink a tap water that taste like a urine, when I objected to drink it I was told by one of their rude staff that the appointment would be canceled if I refused, after drinking that urine water I developed an instant stomach ache that resulted me visiting their wash room 3 time under 10 minutes.
When I got home after that incident I suffered a severe diarrhea for 6 days.
I will surely sued them for the harm they have caused me.

I gave this place a one star, but they don’t even deserve that. The stuff is rude and unprofessional. Two people I spoke with gave had a terrible attitude and were very rude. I came to this place to simply drop off the box with specimen. There’s no live person in the front desk. Only check in kiosks. I checked myself in and asked to see a HUMAN to speak with about dropping off the specimen. The person who opened the door didn’t know what to do with the specimen and got someone else to speak with me. When the second person showed up and were trying to speak with me through the door with the waiting room full of people listening to our conversation, I requested to step in the hall and close the door. THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VIOLATES PATIENTS PRIVACY. They obliged reluctantly. Inside they told me that in order to drop off the specimen I have to sit in line and wait for my turn TO SIMPLY GIVE THEM THE BOX . I have to sit and wait upwards of 45 minutes to JUST GIVE THEM THE BOX. This is the second time I came to this place and both times I had a negative experience. Please don’t come to this place. They are unprofessional, rude and have a bad attitudes here. They don’t respect the the customers or their time. Go somewhere else. And if you want to get quick and friendly service go to LABCORP.
