Terrible customer service by sales rep Jim. I went in to exchange a phone that was having manufacture malfunction. After going to the T-Mobile store then calling the customer service line, a phone was shipped to this store. When I went to pick it up Jim’s attitude was not helpful. He went to call his manager for advice in the back room and came back without a mention of what his manager said. Claimed the phone didn’t arrive. I showed him the tracking which confirmed arrival and he then said the phone was lost. A lot of run around and no actual result or desire to help.

This store rarely helpful to customers. Very poor customer service, visited today & no help. Despite carrying insurance for family plan, I was advised to go 3rd party. What a non sense.

Unless you are dressed on a nice suit, DO NOT EXPECT MUCH. The manager will look you top to bottom and if you are not buying something you will be mistreated for sure! Terrible attitude with the customers. NOW, IF YOU HAVE TO GO THERE IWILL SUJEST YOU TO LOOK FOR::::::NARI ALASMAR:::: (SHE IS THE BEST)She spent over 1 hour on the phone trying to resolve my problem with a watch for my kid that was defective and a line for my watch that was supposed to be disconnected 4 years ago and they kept on charging me up to this moment. And because Tmobile app does not open pdf on my phone I couldn't see what was happening there. Even when they hung up on her she called them again and did all that was possible for her to help.My suggestion go somewhere else

Worst staff, 3rd grade customer service and pathetic attitude. Coming from a T-Mobile customer for 20 years. These rookies hardly know their job and give an attitude for a World Class Service. Never recommending T-mobile to anyone.

I have been going back and forth with this store for almost a year. We upgraded our phones in Dec 2021. The store manager at the time was the one who helped us- It was figured out that the Manager never sent our devices we traded in for the promotion at that time so the discounts we were supposed to get were never applied to the account. I was told by the District Manager Steven & the new Store Manager Ian that they were working on getting the issue fixed and I would get credit applied to my account monthly until it was corrected. The credits stopped in August and I have not heard from either Manager since. I've emailed, texted and called with no response. This is so upsetting that there was fault admitted (the store manager who helped us was fired because this had occurred many times with other customers) and they still have not righted their wrong.

I must admit that as much as I hate shopping for electronics, Brittany, Christian and Ian have made my experience very pleasant. Not only was I greeted upon entering the store but their customer service skills were impeccable as they tried to get me the best possible deals. Brittany was such a pleasure to be around as she had an amazing personality and funny sense of humor. she took the time to answer any questions that I had. I did not feel rushed and was definitely treated with respect.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with junior! He really did everythingIn his power to give us a great deal and great service! Our son walked out withan iPad as a bonus and we got iPhone 14’s at a great price! We were in such great hands and the manager was right by our side as well making sure we were well taken care of! I recommend junior as your guy to go to!!! He doesn’t pressure you to buy he is very realistic and wants the best for his customers, great vibes! Thanks tmobile at east Brunswick mall

Best experience I've had ever dealing with any cell phone provider. I recently switched my family over to T-Mobile and Carlos sat down and dealt with my elderly mum and us for as long as it took... Professionalism and patience was top notch... Three thumbs up!!!

This was a test run. I got my son t mobile to see how they were. Yes they are a few dollars cheaper but for the garbage customer service at this store and the headaches with t mobile overall....I think I will keep the rest of the family with ATT. They are rude, very slow, untrained and apparently the supervisor likes to hide in the back. She doesn't come out when there is an issue ...which many people were having...retrain your people or get a new supervisor. I was going to look into the wifi and t mobile tv but forget it. The only saving Grace was the customer service phone line was able to help, but it was very time consuming waiting on the line. I am tech savvy and have had a smart phone before they were popular so don't treat me like I'm an idiot. Pretty sad they could fix it over the phone but not in person...what does that tell you....I'm glad I didn't move my other 6 family cell phones over. Always follow your gut.....

The times I've been to this store the associates are not really willing to help you, much less willing to go above and beyond to make you a "happy customer". I have never liked T-mobile to beging with. The only reason I'm with them it's beacuse I was a very happy Sprint customer and they offered me q very good deal.

DO NOT go at this store!!!!! The employees are never helpful. They don’t give detailed and enough information and when u go they just seem to assume you won’t purchase anything and act that way even though you are about to.

Shemika employee at the t-mobile store was a superstar help for me. I had a phone issue with my phone and she was able to take care of the problem for me instantly. Very knowledgeable on her job and customer service skills were outstanding. T-Mobile give that woman a promotion. Thank you Shemika ??

People were nice but didn't really hear or care what the customer was asking. While I was asking about 1 phone the sales guy kept trying to sell me another brand. When I was turned off when I asked him for specifics on the phone I did research on and he said he has no experience with it.
