“Storage is super clean. The facility here is pretty new, with a large freight elevator if your unit is on the 2nd floor. Most units are outside drive up, but they also have climate controlled units inside. The staff were awesome, got me first month free with a truck rental, which is exactly what I needed! Security is tight, I feel safe when I'm on property, even late at night. Thanks U-Haul!!”

“I just had a wonderful experience with StrongMile Movers. I had engaged them to move a very large, disassembled weaving loom down two flights of narrow stairs, a couple of weeks ahead. Suddenly, the loom had to be moved the next day. It was the end of the day, and I left a message. Within about 10 minutes, they agreed do it and were there before 8 a.m. the next day. They were very professional, efficient and careful, as well as being pleasant to have around. I highly recommend StrongMile Movers and will definitely hire them again when I need a mover.”

“Our checkin was so easy, the woman who helped us was incredibly nice and accommodating. The payment process was quick and easy. The young man who attached the trailer to our car was friendly and outgoing, he engaged in conversation while setting us up. He checked all the connections and made sure the lights worked. From arrival to exit, it may have been 15 minutes, or less. We will use this location for all our future needs. They were excellent!”

“Extremely happy with the car (really nice Nissan Altima), the staff (very friendly, courteous, accommodating, and I'm sorry I forgot your name), the location (walking distance from just about anywhere in Metuchen) and the rates (very reasonable), and I'd definitely recommend!
Just a couple of very minor caveats, nothing that would cost them a star:
1. Online reservation process is a little quirky. Pickup time had to be 10 AM or earlier, otherwise nothing was available. There was no problem with me picking up the car later than 10 when I asked, though.
2. You MUST have your own auto insurance with collision coverage, regardless of whether or not you select CDW.

He provided thorough communication and exceptional customer service with my check in and rental return process so if you have any questions he is the go to guy at the office. “I have only praise for the great experience I have had with Ryder over a few years now. They are responsive to my needs for trucks even on short notice. The staff is professional, courteous and just friendly. The trucks are in sound mechanical condition and otherwise fairly clean as would be expected. I highly recommend Ryder!”
