“What a fantastic move I had thanks to the guys at Strongmile Movers!! Joe, the owner, sent a three-man team to help with my move from one apartment to another a few streets over in Highland Park… and he could not have sent three harder-working men for the job! Casper, Devin, and David showed up with GREAT attitudes and immediately set me at ease with their friendliness and professionalism. As a single woman trying to move a 2 bedroom apartment by herself, I needed all the help I could get, and I felt like I was in great hands with these three! The guys made sure I was comfortable and relaxed during the move (they literally set up a chair in the shade and requested that I sit and take a load off!! I didn’t lift a finger!) while they did all the heavy lifting. They went the extra mile at every opportunity: they wrapped my couch, TV, and other fragile items with care before loading, and patiently conferred with me at the new apartment to figure out the best furniture layout for each room. Joe even stopped by personally to chat with me and check in to make sure the move was starting off smoothly, which was an extra boost of confidence that I was in good hands. I could say so much more about how this team made my move the easiest I’ve ever had in over a decade renting and relocating, but suffice to say you get EXACTLY what you pay for when you hire Strongmile: peace of mind, quality customer service, and fantastic work ethic. “The staff was amazing extremely helpful. Because of my complete spinal reconstruction I was unable to drive the vehicle and realize this on my way home before I even packed the car to go to the destination I was planning on. I returned the car this morning and was told I would only be charged the $250 for the day and they voided the rest of the contract. I put in the 2.8 gallons of gas it took me to get the car home and back so I returned it on Full. I didn’t realize I would have to lean up on the strain. It was putting on my neck to drive the vehicle that I rented. It was a last-minute rental because I had a family member dying in Atlanta, but unfortunately, I was not able to handle the drive. I know what the holiday weekend coming up the turnover would be crazy fast and I’m sure they had somebody already waiting for this car. It’s my loss and I was hoping to have the car for one full week. This is the first time I have ever driven anything other than my 1996 Chevy Lumina since my surgeries. I did not anticipate how I would feel or the movements I would have to make to accommodate myself. The vehicle itself was beautiful just not right for me. I did start calling at 7 AM this morning was unable to get a hold of anyone and Got there approximately 8:10 AM to return it because I had to wait for a ride home from my older sister. I would highly recommend this company to anyone else though. Sorry I talk text due to my disability, I do hope this comes out correctly. I do thank them for their assistance with this entire matter. “Rented a van today. It was clean, new, and AC worked great. Guy running the store was great and knew what he was doing. Didn’t catch his name but bigger gentleman, kind of guy you want on your side at a bar. Had a slight gas tank discrepancy but he treated us fairly in the end. Would rent here again.”

“my car was broken I went with another rental company they took long time and preferences for their regular customers then I fed up because I have to go to work than I call auto tem within 5 minutes he sent a message to send details about me like id,ins,email next 10 minutes I signed up my agreement and get the car right away I prefer for another car without any hesitation they gave me another one. I am very much comfortable with them and the car is also well maintained and quality one. I might called 10 times a day not even one time they didn't upset on me all the time they talk politely answered me. please encourage them like this company instead of big companies. “I am a truck driver delivery driver for a living. My company which is a national company and has a fleet of 50,000 tractor trailers, has a contractor with lease line for the trailer repairs. The group here, does an outstanding job. They were grossly overworked, probably underpaid. They're never slow. It seems like it's sometimes, but in reality they're always always good. Good an awful lot of work to do. These guys do an outstanding job. A lot of repairs do not get approved even though they are recommended. You know the employer doesn't want to pay to get the correct repairs done. But this group can do all the repairs necessary. They can diagnose correctly exactly what needs to be done, and if given the nod they will make all the repairs necessary correctly the first time. This is a great group of mechanics here.”
