Went here with a check that was wrote out by one of my customers in black then finished in blue ink, everything was clearly written out on the check though, the teller would no let me deposit check , told me the check looks altered, left and went to another location they deposited check no questions asked.......everytime I go into this bank no mater the race of the teller that is available , I get treated like I am nobody.....I do not have inferiority issues at all however it is very obvious it is the culture at this bank for whatever the reason to not treat every bank member properly! I have been there on more than one occasion and can see that if you look a certain way the employees there are cute, bubbly, and have lots to say to you ,however if you dont look a certain way, you get a weak hello if your lucky enough , and your pushed out asap , if you look a certain way the employees there greet you with open arms, and greet you with a smile, and treat you like family, otherwise the energy all employees there give you is cold and outright disgusting! Its a humiliating feeling to have to deposit checks, having to in there and look these miserable people in the face, at the other branch I went to they all said Hi , they were all seemingly happy to see me , what is wrong with the employees at the East Bruswick branch? I a person who works with the public myself treat everyone equally and fair regardless of how they look , but people like me are becoming rarer and rarer!

This is the worse Wells Fargo I have ever been to, the tellers are rude, unprofessional, and racists. I normally go to the other branch up the road from here, but today i came to this branch to cash then deposit a check because of Wells Fargo's hold policy and i was told based on the size of the check i cannot cash the check i must deposit the check. I have been banking with wells fargo for over 10 years, in fact when it was Wachovia i was a member and I have never experienced this. I reiterated to the teller, I have done this before up the road and i have had no issues, in fact the reason i want to cash the check first is because i was informed by them that if i deposit the check there will be a hold on the access to the money. Since I had to get back to work I accepted her requirement for me to deposit the money, but followed up by calling their customer support and got the same answer from 3 different agents. In fact, the first agent said you would need to cash the check first and then deposit the check back into your accounts. Long story short, DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK, THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND WILL RACIALLY PROFILE YOU.If you experienced something similar to me please report them the same way i did so we can get the bad apples off of the tree before they make the whole tree rotten.FROM A SICKENED 10+ YEAR WF MEMBER!

Supervisor really unprofessional. She don't know what she is doing ! She cost me a lot of time and my nerves on something really simple. I went to other branch and they helped me right away.

I was asked by a female bank teller some personal questions about my job. Weird. I wish I had her name. Management needs to let tellers to not do that. None of their business otherwise all my transactions are good!!!!! I just will never go back to that teller who did this!!!!!!

I am giving this bank a 1 star because they don't know how to properly deposit a foreign check. I was waiting for almost 20-25 minutes and nothing got done. The bank by my job in Pennsylvania can easily deposit a foreign check in 2 minutes time. Please train your employees BETTER so that they can deposit a simple foreign check. This was a waste of my time. Never coming back here AGAIN!

Complete waste of time, an hour or so I will never get back. Stephany H. was pleasant, but withheld important information that could have changed my mind. It is clear that she only cared about opening new accounts, probably so that she could make herself look good on paper.

Its really bad and the bank supervisor and manager are really dont know what they doing .they have so bad attitude. I closed my personal account and safe box and next week will close my business account. 👋👋👋👋👋

I had a very bad experience with my local WellsFargo branch recently. I don't want to name the location because all people there are so nice, genuine, except the Manager who made my experience very negative. I wanted to close my account with WF because the situation.
