This is the worse Wells Fargo I have ever been to, the tellers are rude, unprofessional, and racists. I normally go to the other branch up the road from here, but today i came to this branch to cash then deposit a check because of Wells Fargo's hold policy and i was told based on the size of the check i cannot cash the check i must deposit the check. I have been banking with wells fargo for over 10 years, in fact when it was Wachovia i was a member and I have never experienced this. I reiterated to the teller, I have done this before up the road and i have had no issues, in fact the reason i want to cash the check first is because i was informed by them that if i deposit the check there will be a hold on the access to the money. Since I had to get back to work I accepted her requirement for me to deposit the money, but followed up by calling their customer support and got the same answer from 3 different agents. In fact, the first agent said you would need to cash the check first and then deposit the check back into your accounts. Long story short, DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK, THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND WILL RACIALLY PROFILE YOU. If you experienced something similar to me please report them the same way i did so we can get the bad apples off of the tree before they make the whole tree rotten. I had a very bad experience with my local WellsFargo branch recently. I don't want to name the location because all people there are so nice, genuine, except the Manager who made my experience very negative. I wanted to close my account with WF because the situation. After about 2 weeks the issue wasn't resolved. I didn't want to deal with a rude and unethical local Manager and went to this location (Midstate Mall, 300 NJ-18, East Brunswick, NJ 08816). The banker Stephany Hurtado was so understanding, professional, genuine and sweet. She promised to call me back when it's resolved and she followed through in about 20 minutes. She called me with good news that everything is resolved. Thank you, Stephany, for a great job. You saved me a lot of time and energy.

The most UNHELPFUL staff I have ever encountered!! I have had Wells Fargo Bank for over ten yrs. ( I did not open my account at this branch) and this is without question the WORST branch I've visited!! This is my second bad encounter here which is what prompted my review. I thought maybe I got the wrong individual but now having dealt w three different members of the staff I'm sure! No alternatives were offered for my concerns. They just wanted to close. I was told no one was here to help me I needed to come back another day.
