“While it wasn’t an ideal situation having to bring my truck to this body shop, the experience with the staff was excellent. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful, despite how demanding and stressful this line of work can be. They maintained a very customer-focused and positive attitude throughout.
The guys in the shop were especially great. As I was clearing out my belongings from my truck (which was unfortunately totaled), they checked in on me several times and even helped remove items without me having to ask. I also had a few conversations with them about their jobs, and it was clear they enjoy what they do. From what I gathered, the person running the facility takes good care of their employees, and that really shows in the way they treat customers.
If I ever find myself needing a body shop again, this will be the first place I go.”
