“I was visiting in northern NJ and I left the hotel on a Saturday morning in a wet snow storm just to have my drivers side wiper break off from the weight of the snow. I call a local Ford dealer (Performance) and they had one mechanic on duty and the parts department was open. I drove over and a nice young man put on the new blade that I bought in parts and I got underway on my 500 Mike journey back home. They were lifesavers!! I got underway and I'm so thankful for their Saturday service department being open. They saved the day!”
