They never answer and if they do they say they will return the call and they don't and sometimes someone with an urgent appointment or some need has bad service.

Their “drop-off” appointments are the most ridiculous concept ever. Even if you make an appointment at a certain time, it still takes 4 hours because there are clients before you. When requested to see the “vet” the front desk people get all frizzed up and make excuses as to why you can’t see the vet. I would not recommend going here. Please save yourself your sanity and save your beloved pets. They deserve better service than this.I wont be surprised if this place gets shut down soon.

Dr. Adami and everyone there were always wonderful to me and my dog. They would always fit her in if we had an issue. Everyone working there was always so sweet and kind to my dog. I would recommend.

We've had a decent experience with them overall but then we didn't have any major health issues. Front desk can be on and off. Back office has been nice previously.Their scheduling system needs to be improved big time! They are overbooked every time we visit and there's a wait of 2 hours to pick up your pet.This is unacceptable for a scheduled appointment that there are 4-5 dogs ahead of you when you arrive! When checking in after an hour and finding out that your pet still hasn't been seen with him just sitting and anxiously waiting in a cage surrounded by other barking dogs, you know something is just not right. Instead of offering an apology and compassion, they just state in your face that you signed a contract permitting that. Wow. In a place like that compassion for the pets and respect for their clients time should be their #1 priority. I'm feeling disappointed after today's visit.

Welllll, no wonder this Scamfield Pet hospital has 1.6 stars on google. They just scammed me and put me om collections. Damaged my credit and jacked me for 800 bucks which we negotiate down to 650.Lost my card, while waiting for the new one I received the Text and the mail notice for 1st attempt to collect the payment. I clicked on the link sent by them via txt, I was sent to the website payment form page and saw my old card as invalid in RED so I updated the card on file, there were no extra boxes to check off or anything. So I went about my life.I got the Last Attempt to Collect letter saying "if your payment method was updated, please disregard" so I disregarded it.They sent me to collection because apparently I had to not only fix the 1 thing that was in RED on the method of payment page which their link took me to but I also had to "instinctively know" that I also had to click on my pets name so it would take me to the list of possible plans and there I had to check off 2 boxes, 1 for them to take the money owed from last unpaid month and another for them to take recurrent payments from card on file.You'd think those options would be available in the payment method page, right???? Wellllll, not at Scamfield.Run away from this s#!+show.

Have to change my opinion of the East Hanover location. They are horrible. They never answer the phone, and when they do,they are quick to send you to the emergency room. What's the reason for paying for your medical insurance if you can't see the vet for an emergency ( no blood or broken bones). I feel like you can only get an appointment for procedures covered by your fake medical program/insurance or whatever it is, and if it's anything else, it's off to an emergency room. Are you veterinarians or technicians? Warning GO SOMEPLACE ELSE

I would rate them lower if I could. Their phones simply do not work, and have not worked for over two years now. It is impossible to reach them and it is impossible to set up appointments unless you physically go down there to do so. If you scroll through the review you will see that the admins are simply copy pasting the same pointless response over and over to similar complaints. There used to be a guy at the front desk who was very helpful and compassionate, but now the people are the front desk are simply rude and could not care less about the pets. Before the pandemic I was very happy with Banfield but now I would not recommend them to anyone! Get someone else to care for your pets.

Banfield used to have great customer service! No anymore !! It is almost impossible to speak with a staff member as they do not answer the phone!I have been a customer for many years, when I called with a concern about my pet, the staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional. They showed no concern with my pet neither made any efforts to accommodate the request for my pet.I will not renew my contract next term!

What a joke this place is. It says open at 8 o’clock right? If You try calling in the morning the recording says closed. Nobody answers the phone. If you want to schedule an appointment for your pet, guess what you’re not going to because nobody answers the phone because the recording says closed. They need to pay attention to their phones.

This is the worst vet I've ever taken any of my dogs to. It used to be great years ago before other people found out about it. Now it's just a total mess of a business. You'd have to BEG them to answer the phone. I usually just drive there on my lunch break to make appointments in person because no one has answered the phone there in years. Getting my dogs the heck outta here and moving onwards and upwards to Longevity Vet Center in Whippany! Stay far away if you can!!

I just had to put my dog to sleep because of medical issues and after calling the office/general office I was told that I owe approximately $800!!! This is unbelievable. I have been taking my dog to you guys for approximately 13yrs and sometimes would go months or would take him once a year for general check ups and still paying the $78 monthly charges. How in the world do I still $800 after he passed away?! This is disgusting and heartless from your part. Please don't fall into the the trap

No one answers the phone or if you leave a voice mail message, they do not return it, the young girl at the front desk is rude and does not document what you tell her as to why your pet is there. Do not waste your time or money.

Distance and location is good. Doctor's are good. Staff fair, as expected but no as above. Expecting more understanding, patience, compassion, informative.
