I had a great experience! Worked with Bicky and Kyle and they were so helpful in helping me get the most amazing deals on the car that I love! They found me the car I wanted at a different dealership and did everything they could to secure it for me at the best price possible! 10/10 recommend working with them!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Never take your car here. I will never go back. I will follow up with Ford directly to see what can be done to recoup my $$$ loss...of course they said they wouldn't give me anything.
Held my car for 4 days before looking at it. Verbally told me what was needed but failed emphasize the alternator issue - which was not an issue when I brought it in, i.e., the alternator light was never on. I decided to pick my car up to have my grandfather do the work, which was all quite minor, the battery light immediately went on (brand new battery that they installed). I took it back and they informed me that the car would die if I drove it. And why wouldn't you tell me that when I drove away!!!! The alternator was never a problem before. I firmly believe they damaged the alternator, inadvertently or on purpose. Now I cannot drive and have to get towed to another place to fix something that wasn't wrong in the first place.

Performance Ford of East Hanover is EASILY the absolute WORST dealership that I have ever gone to and heard about. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!
My husband bought a $70,000 2021 f350 from them 6 months ago and STILL doesn’t have a real license plate. They can’t get their stuff together and ran out of temporary tags to give him so now he’s driving around with expired tags.
On top of that, they sold the truck to him with a broken mirror, refused to fix it, and he ended up fixing it on his own and paying for it. And they didn’t replace the oil before he bought the truck.
On top of those issues, every single manager at that dealership has no clue what they are doing and should be let go immediately. They are incredibly unprofessional, never answer the phone, don’t call back, and can never give us a straight answer.
I never leave bad reviews but this place genuinely deserves 0 stars. Terrible experience, terrible service, terrible dealership, and terrible representation of the Ford brand. I could go on and on about them but I’ll leave it here. Just incredibly disappointed in how they treat their customers.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service we received at your dealership. My boyfriend recently visited to obtain pricing information for a Ford truck, and the experience was notably disappointing. Unlike other Ford dealerships he has visited, where he received detailed breakdowns of costs and payment options, your sales representative appeared disinterested and unhelpful. When we requested similar information, we were informed that it could not be provided without a deposit, which was not the case at previous dealerships. Given that this is his first car purchase under his name, he is understandably cautious and wishes to thoroughly review his options. Unfortunately, the lack of a welcoming attitude and the standoffish demeanor of your salesperson did not meet our expectations. We had hoped for a more positive experience, particularly given our past favorable interactions with dealerships.

If I could give no stars I would
In over 40 years of dealing with car dealerships, I have never encountered a more incompetent and unprofessional establishment than Performance Ford of East Hanover New Jersey. I have purchased four vehicles from this dealership in the past, during which time the service was satisfactory. However, my recent experiences have been nothing short of disgraceful.
Two months ago, I brought my Mustang in for a simple tire swap. Shockingly, the service department managed to install the rear tires on the front of the car—an astonishing mistake, given that they forced a 325/30/19 tire onto the front wheel which was not designed to take that size. This took two days to correct and resulted in damage to my wheels. Despite this incident, I naively believed it was an isolated mistake and decided to proceed with purchasing a second set of factory wheels, costing over $2,100.
When the wheels arrived a week later, I dropped off the other set of tires I needed mounted and balanced. What followed was a series of outrageous missteps and blatant lies. A week passed with no sensors in stock,. The next week, I was informed the machine was broken. Then, radio silence for two more weeks. When I finally called to inquire, I was met with the unbelievable news that my tires had been lost. Furthermore, I was told that the service department did not know what size to order—an absurd claim given that I had clearly specified the tire sizes, and they had previously worked on my vehicle.
I was assured that new tires would be ordered, but again, weeks passed with no updates. When I called again, I was told they were having trouble locating a set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. A simple online search revealed that these tires were readily available, making this excuse utterly unacceptable. The following week, I was told the tires had been ordered from Baltimore, and now today another 2 weeks later there is still no sign of the tires—no tracking number, no updates, nothing.
When I asked why the tires were not purchased locally, I was given the laughable excuse that Ford does not have the funds to replace $1,800 tires and had to use a discount in Baltimore. It is clear that the staff at Performance Ford believe their customers are fools. I have no doubt that the tires were never ordered, and I strongly suspect that John from the service department is trying to cover his own negligence.
I am now out over $4,000 with no idea when, or if, I will ever receive my tires. The level of incompetence and dishonesty displayed by Performance Ford of East Hanover is beyond comprehension. I urge anyone considering using this dealership for any type of service to think twice. They are not only incompetent but will lie and deceive you at every opportunity. A copy of this is being sent to Ford Directly and to my attorney today as I am done being lied to.

I recently leased a vehicle from Performance Ford of East Hanover and had a generally positive experience with my sales person, delivery consultant, and finance person. They were all professional and helpful throughout the process.
However, I felt there was a lack of transparency when it came to the final pricing. I was initially presented with a cash-out-the-door price both on the showroom floor and again in the finance office. To my surprise, I was later asked to pay more after I declined the warranty. This discrepancy made the process feel somewhat questionable.
I would advise future buyers to be vigilant and confirm all final costs before concluding the sale. Despite this issue, the overall service from the staff was commendable.
