Just left This ford with a new bronco!! Joe was a great and quirky salesman!!! Natalie was a great finance manager and made the process very easy!! Kiara was great with the tech stuff. And was very helpful. She was super patient and knowledgeable! This is the first time i left with a new car knowing every feature and how to use everything.

My husband and I purchased a 2019 Ford 250 Lariat from the Performance Ford dealership and were very happy with our vehicle.Ahmed was our salesman he was informative and knowledgeable.The manager said he would give us floor mats and when we received them they were very nice Ford floor mats. I would recommend the dealership to others.

I’ve been to the old dealership on several occasions for service and each time it was an different nightmare. My first experience was I had the gatorback mudflaps installed on my bronco. The screws were never tighten down, so I lost more than half of the screws for each mudflap and the brackets. Now I can’t find those screws because there is no part number for it. It’s sold with the mudflap. My second bad experience was I had a 11am appointment for an oil change only and I did not leave the dealership until after 3pm. If I knew it’s gonna take that long, I would’ve never brought my 4yr son with me. Third, I had a recall for the safety belt latch and because I didn’t buy my vehicle from this dealership. I’ve been getting a hard time to get a recall done. Apparently they ordered the parts and it’s been sitting there for months without no one calling me and tell me that is it so I can come in and do my recall. Here I am thinking it’s all about safety so it should be priority. Nope, they couldn’t care less. It’s a recall work and they’re not making any money on it so they don’t care.As far as I see it, this dealership only cares about new customers. They have a great, beautiful new building. Let’s hope hire new people to work in it because the old ones are going to drive that business down.

The service from everyone here is absolutely amazing! My fiancé and I have purchased two cars from their location! We worked with Jose both times and he was absolutely fabulous! And their manager Fabio was awesome as well! Their. Finance advisor Natali was great too! Everyone here is so nice and always willing to help and do what’s best for the customers!

Jose was truly the BEST! He was honest, transparent, and EASY to work with. He tried to show us all the functions and explained what we needed, and answered the questions. When we walked into the showroom, all were friendly and welcoming. We weren't pressured at any time, which was a pleasure. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had!

On Saturday 07/15, I took my truck in for an oil change and a wash. The team at the service center were professional and diligent. I was able to get in and out within 2 hours.Monday my wife was going to work, and realized her work id was not in her car. we spent the early part of the morning looking for her ID and work keys. We realized they may have dropped out at the dealership. When I went to the dealership that same morning, I walked in the garage side, spoke to the service tech, and they were able to find the id and keys sitting on a kiosk. Thankfully it was there and someone placed it there.The concern here is that they were not brought the front office, and left at the kiosk. If they could not call the customer to let them know, they could at least have a system in place where lost items are brought to a central location so the customer can claim them. Friendly and professional, but otherwise this is a gap in their process that should be mediated.

Purchased a Mach-e from them. The sales process is fine. Nothing good, nothing bad. This review pertains to every encounter after involving service. Called with an issue about our rear seat belt defect a couple of months after we took the car home. We were told the car was too new so those parts were not available yet. We were told likely 3 months. That didn’t sit well with us as we had our second child on the way and needed a secure seat belt for the car seat. Never heard back from them. Started having issues with the electronics.m, schedule an appointment , they had the car for a hand full of days and only fixed what was recalled on the car. Not what we sent it in for. Schedule another appointment l, again they only fixed a new recall. Scheduled another appointment for us to be told and animal got to some wires and chewed them up which was causing the electronic issues. They then tried to say the seat belt was also due to the same issue which doesn’t make sense , as we made them away of the seat belt a year prior to any other issue. We were told they would come to our house and fix the seat belt in three days, 3 months ago. Needless to say I do not recommend this dealership / service department. Good luck
