I have called in about 5 times since purchasing the warranty and everyone that I have spoken to has been very pleasant and helpful! “Came here for my IDP (international drivers permit) and the entire process from beginning to end took roughly about 15 minutes. Friendly staff, efficient, no wait, clean space. Had my passport photos taken there as well. Pro tip: you can also have your money exchanged here too!
