Pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of our salesperson (Fred).
Expected to be dealing with a high pressure "car dealer" type presentation of their products but we're treated with respect and factual information.
Fred provided expert guidance regarding our personal preferences without making us feel pressured.
We were 'up-sold' into purchasing an adjustable bed frame and are extremely grateful (as explained by Fred, it makes a world of difference).
The set was delivered and setup by an excellent crew.
We are very pleased with our purchase and experience.

After doing research on mattresses online, I visited this store because they carried the brands I had been looking at. When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable salesperson named Fred. Although I couldn't make the purchase right away, I returned as promised a week or two later.
When I returned to the store, I discovered Fred was working at a different location that day. And so, I met Fadi, who assured me that Fred would still be taken care of, as it was the right thing to do. In addition to the mattress, I also purchased a headboard. They helped coordinate the sale over the phone, which made me feel good that everyone who assisted me was being taken care of. They watch out for each other, and today, that goes a long way in my book.
Setting up delivery was easy, and when I had to reschedule for a week later, Fred was so accommodating and pleasant. He made it so easy.
Overall, the in-store experience was much better than online shopping for something like this. I appreciated their support and would recommend the East Hanover store for its clean and welcoming environment, great service, and top-notch, quality products. Thank you both for being so kind.

I recently purchased a mattress & box spring combo thru Harry who did a nice job in walking me thru options. The delivery people were great and came (within 2 minutes) of their arrival time of 4pm-8pm missing rain we had yesterday and competently removed previous material & installed the material I bought. First night of sleep was great and look forward to next 44 nights of Sleep Guarantee. Also “hope” this lasts somewhere in the ten year period prior to the need for a replacement mattress.
I wanted a quality product delivered & I think Mattress Plus & Harry, did the job!

Got a great mattress at the price we were looking for. They matched the other store’s estimate and gave us a great bed. Only 3-stars as I felt the salesman (Harry) was very pushy and didn’t leave room for us to speak what we wanted. Lots of charades and theatrics that aren’t necessary and found off-putting and made my partner and I uncomfortable in the store. He kept insisting and pushing us to buy a bed and it was obnoxious. Also demanded we take our phones out at the end of the sale and give a 5-star review on the spot. Not a fan of being bossed around by sales people.
