“The SMELL!!! When you walk through the door this nutty Smokey aroma cuddles your olfactory sense and warms your soul as you walk through the two aisles jam packed with delicious foods. I was immediately greeted by Adolfo and he was able to help me find what I had been looking for at another shop, lamb sausage called Merguez that has hirassa seasoning. Bon, the woman behind the counter, also helped me find some more sausages to try. I was given a small piece of smoked sausage to try that was made in house. I will 100% sure to return. I also bought 2 jars of mustard because you need good quality German mustard with the sausages.
Next time I try the bacon and the duck sausage!”
“I have eaten a lot brunschweiger over the years but this is among the best. Rich flavor but not overwhelming smooth creamy texture and not greasy.
Highly recommend this.”

“We had a pool party and instead of standing by the grill all day we decided to have it catered by peats meats and grill. What an excellent experience! The food was prepared hot, labeled well, and all the essentials were included. The food was delicious and everyone was raving over it. This might be the first party where we didn’t have leftovers!! Thanks for the great service and amazing food.”

“They have a great deli and hot prepared food. It's a good place to stop by and grab a few fruits and other foods. I especially like the cold/prepared food they have there like the pot pies and the empanadas so I recommend those.”
“We tried Colella’s market for the first time. We purchased stuffed shells, Italian bread and some pasta all were wonderful. The proprietor was very helpful and he offered to make us fresh pasta if we called in advance. We will definitely be a regular here. Great selection and service. They have a selection of fresh made pasta and homemade ravioli. Family owned business. My grandmother would approve. Bravo!”
“Great Kosher meat! The Flushing shop has been delivering to Millburn and Livingston for years. Now we finally have a store in Livingston! I love their lamb rib and ox tail! The lamb and beef skewers are also perfect.”
“After ordering online for some time now, I decided to go to a store—and I’m so glad I did! The in-person experience was informative and so much more cost-effective than ordering online. Karen and Fonteini possess a wealth of knowledge and were extremely personable. It was so nice to ask them questions about all the different products and they graciously opened boxes to show us what everything looked like. They saved us a ton of money and there are so many more specials and price savings in the store. I’ll definitely be back when it is time to order again!”
“(Truck Driver, 53ft trailer) Good shipper to pick up from, always friendly and fast. The only thing that holds you up here is your skill at blind side backing. Normal backing is possible, I just ironically find it easier to blind side into the docks here due to the layout. Enjoy :)”
“Maple Kosher has catered a number of kiddishes and dinners at my Shul, B’nai Israel in Manalapan, NJ. The food is fabulous and packed with so much flavor. I especially look forward to their cholent that has an abundance of meat.”

“Came here after passing it for my kids sporting event in the same complex. It was a Saturday 30 minutes before closing and I scooped up 2 hot sauces, a short rib ragu, some sausages, and a buffalo skirt steak. Came out to about 100$.
The man helping me make choices was very helpful and informative. I will be back to try more things.
They have a ton of exotic meats, like ostrich alligator Camel, and an incredible variety of sausages
There are also an array of items like spice rubs, and beef or pork tallow. While speaking to the man behind the counter, I signed up for their point system. I also was informed that they have tasting dinners once a month, as well as as an upcoming summer or solstice feast, which I’m looking forward to attending.”
“Fossil Farms catered our wedding this month and did a phenomenal job! Our wedding was held outside at a private residence on Lake Hopatcong and ensuring the offsite catering (both the food and service) ran smoothly was critical for this plated, sit down event of 130 people. Ben and Liz worked with us through all the details leading up to the event and did an awesome job the day of. Our guests loved the creative passed hors d'oeuvres (Gazpacho Shooter, Bison Steak Tartare etc.) during cocktail hour. Big thanks to Ben, Liz and the entire Fossil Farms team for helping to make our day special and memorable.”
“Gaiser's makes the best pate I've had in the USA. Hands down. I lived in Germany or many years, this is the closest thing to German pate. It's hard to find in OH, but I am thankful they make it.
The reviews are ridiculous. People are giving poor reviews to a manufacturer for not selling to the public.
Their product is amazing. 5 stars for that. Review on quality. That's what matters. Not on whether they answer the phone.”

“Close to home so I go for convenience when I need something and don't feel like traveling. They do occasionally have a good sale on something, but some of their prices are on the higher side, so I also shop other local stores.”
“A very quick they got me in early. I was only picking up a few palettes pull around the side of the building sometimes there's A-line but there's usually still room to pull around. Docks are a little tight but not overall not bad no overnight parking.”

“I went there for their food/restaurant on the side, and they were amazingly tasty and good. A hidden gem place for takeout or dine in if you can believe it, they have a few tables to sit in and eat there. Then afterward you can shop on their store for anything halal.”

“Always the place to go for asian ,spices, sauces oils , vegetables and fruit! We buy rice, noodles tofu, and they ha e fresh fish, a large array of frozen asian food, snacks and there is bakery and prepared food section!! Go and browse! Buy lots of stuff. Stock up!”
