“While in-between medical appointments, our borrowed wheelchair's front wheel buckled and needed to be replaced. Locating and stopping at Lake Surgical Supply nearby, I explained to Carmen (the owner) the situation. He stopped what he was doing, came out to our car to retrieve the chair. Carmen replaced the wheel, tested the wheelchair not in the store, but outside on both the sidewalk and street, and charged an extremely reasonable price. The experience was extremely positive and put my wife at ease in using the wheelchair for her next appointment 30 minutes later. I would highly recommend Lake Surgical Supply.”

“A rare gem to find a owner ran pharmacy. Of course they CAN’T be compared to the big pharmacy stores. You might wait a few minutes on the phone, they might not have less popular medicines in stock but can get the next morning, they aren’t open 24 hours, they don’t open until 10:00 and aren’t open on Sundays, BUT they will know who you are by name, offer delivery and provide personable service and work tirelessly to solve issues with doctors and insurances. That alone cannot be compared to the big boys. At the end of the day I would not want my parents anywhere else and take comfort in the fact that if I’m not available, my parents are in great hands with them and I know who is coming to their door to deliver. “I can not express how much I love this pharmacy! They’re always so nice and know me by name when I walk in. Also the apply coupons for some prescriptions I get and sometimes makes it a $0 copay for me without me knowing about the coupon. They offer free delivery services also for those who may not be able to get there. I would recommend this pharmacy to everyone they go above and beyond for their customers.
