I showed up late in the day near closing and the lady at the desk was so eager to assist and made me feel at home. Looks like all the other reviewers here appreciate Ms. Destiny! We called 3 moving companies for our local move within Summit, NJ. Caleb showed up to do a walk-through at our house. He was willing to work with us to provide a flat price and was among the most competitive out of the 3 quotes. So it was an easy decision for us to go with NMBC.
We had to change the date by one day a few days ahead of the move and NMBC had no issues whatsoever and we certainly appreciate the flexibility.
Four movers showed up exactly on time on the day of the move, including one of the cofounders of the company. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional. They handled our furniture with great care and made the move much less stressful. They wrapped all the furniture and there wasn't a scratch to be found after the move.
We moved many times in the past and this was easily one of the best experience we've had so far. We highly recommend NMBC!”
