I had a great experience at Nails2000. I visited for the first time, and the atmosphere was lovely. The team was friendly, the salon was clean, and the service was quick. My nails turned out perfect. Highly recommend!

I woke up the day after my pedicure with a toe infection. This place doesn’t clean tools properly. I’ve never experienced this… I am furious and disgusted.

I have had a few great experiences here for pedicures but this recent one might be bad enough to not come back. I sat in seat 7 and had a nail tech in a coral t-shirt. The entire time she was yapping with her coworker while proceeding to know way too many things incorrectly. First, my pinky nail broke a while back so it was shorter than the rest of toes. When I say yes I want them trimmed, it doesn’t take a genius to have the common sense not to cut the one that’s incredibly short. Instead she proceeded to cut my nail down to about half a cm. short to the point of bleeding. Also, how stupid do you have to be to start yanking at a blister skin that’s halfway down my big toe, and not my actual cuticle? Second, she did not use any cuticle oil at all. Third, the exfoliation and massage were about 30 seconds long each and the hot stone was about 10 seconds long, this isn’t an exaggeration, I timed her. The massage felt like a little kid grabbing at your leg, not even the slightest pressure was used. I looked over at chairs 1-5 where women who had gotten there way before me were on steps earlier than me because their technicians actually gave them a proper pedicure with care. I lied and said I didn’t want any polish so I could get out of there and go to a different place. My mom and I complained to the receptionist about this and we paid the full $28 where my nail tech then tries to tell the receptionist I need to be charged $5 more all because she took off my gel polish. Luckily, we aren’t rang up. *Bonus, I went to a different salon immediately after where this nail tech had to completely refile AND remove missed spots of my old gel polish. That’s how bad it was.

My wife has been going here for years. 8/10 her nails look great. Once in a while they are filed crooked or the polish is clumpy. Their service on the other hand is horrible. This was the 4th time she made an appointment and when she got there, they looked at her like she was lost. Once again they did not have her appt in the book. Past excuses have been the girl forgot to write it in the book. How? It's her only job...take appointments. So this time, my wife texted the girl directly and she texted back to confirm. My wife gets there and no appointment in the book. The girl asks her to come back another time because every high school has prom this week. Nope. Time to give her money to someone who knows how to run a business and cares about their clients.

So clean & friendly. I rarely have to wait when I show up, and when I do, it's no more than 3-5mins. I've tried other salons in the area when I moved, I drive back here now because it's the best around.

I recently visited this store. I called in the day before to confirm pricing for an acrylic set and gel pedicure. After receiving my service I was shocked to hear the price was way more than they had quoted me the day before; I paid the total but did not appreciate the inconsistency in pricing. It almost seemed as if they just made up a price in their head at the end when you ask for the total. Also, my technician had told me one price and when I went to the woman at the register and told her that price, she added more money onto it…which I found completely unprofessional. Also, the woman that did my pedicure definitely rushed the job, she did not work on the cuticles, file the nails, etc. I could’ve done a better job at home. Ultimately, I left HATING my pedicure job which sucked because I had a vacation trip the next day. Overall, this place is overpriced for the work that’s done. And the work is also rushed. Do your research.
