“It's very rare to find a company that still stands by its products and values customers so highly. I bought some supplies from Binding101, including a hole punch. To save on shipping, I had it delivered to a US address and therefore didn't receive my items for another two months - well out of the return period. Whilst the other items I ordered were of great quality, I was unhappy with the hole punch's design, so I contacted both the manufacturer and Binding101 to give my feedback.
