Not good experience with delivery took 5 hours for unload totally ridiculous

Good luck getting them to answer their phone. Have called every week for a year because they always mess up deliveries and they never answer. Go through pepsi direct to be told East Hanover has to handle it, but it goes right to Voicemail. Worst customer service I have ever experienced genuinely.

Awful customer service. Just because of a snow storm on Thursday means I won't get my order until Monday because Pepsi pretends the weekend doesn't exist
