They are charging $7500 over the MSRP. Be very careful when buying a car from them. Taxes and fees are another charge. Hope this helps all of you out there looking to buy a car. Don't let them run your credit until you have in writing from them what you want they seem to change their mind after running your credit. I won't be going there ever again. Best thing to do is to get pre approved from your credit union.

I told the service department the check engine light error my OBD 2 sensor was giving and I also told them I cleared the error multiple times and it comes back. They said it was an old error cleared it, said it was fine and up charged me on some other services. Before I get home which is only 15 minutes away the check engine light comes on again.. They don't know what they are doing and they are extremely slow.. The appointment had to be booked a week in advanced because that was the earliest appointment and then they had it an entire week to say there is nothing wrong with it.. I took it back because it's usually best to go to the dealer for catalytic converter replacement because many other shops won't touch them due to emissions regulations.. It took almost another week to get it back so about two weeks total for a pretty normal replacement on a 100k+ mileage vehicle.. Never again, no more Ford's for me

Diana at the front desk was super kind, helpful, and most importantly, honest. Broke everything down in steps and didn't hide or leave anything out.

Made an appointment for service to come to my house… They never followed up and never showed up… One time I went to have a recall addressed and they said they needed to order the parts and would call me when they came in… Call never came..

I have used this shop for the past 6 months and have had one repair. I used it again to assess another repair. Prices applied at this garage for repairs are at least 40% higher than any other repair shop found in a 30 miles radius. As an example, they were about to charge me more than $8,000 after tax for a new transmission, labor and several additional smaller items for a Ford Escape SE 2014 FWD 1.4L. Even the parts that they quote costs way higher than MSRP while they should have better negotiated prices. Labor is over estimated. Wait time is excessively long: 3 weeks to get an appointment, 4 business days for an assessment and weeks of repairs. Avoid at all costs.Services: Transmission

I don’t even have time to write how awful they were here. Just don’t bring your car here, they don’t know why they’re doing and they also try to rack up the bill by replacing unnecessary parts. I brought it in for a recall and picked up my vehicle and suddenly the key fob wouldn’t work. They insisted I brought it to them that way, which is ridiculous. They had my car for about 2 months and replaced every part they could under my extended warranty. After two months, they returned the vehicle to me, but the next day I had the same problem. It turned out to be a dead battery in my key fob! They should have checked that first obviously. I had to go to another dealer who said the key fob battery was never actually replaced since it was an original manufacturer battery in the fob. Also getting a loaner took about 2 weeks.

Its not the same since Performance took over. Car service department is rude, often makes minor mistakes such as not changing my sticker when i get an oil change or resetting the computer, calls every other day to try to get me to trade in my car

Used 2013 Ford Focus was purchased in November 2020 with an additional extended warranty (around $1800). While parked on the street it was hit (and run) and totaled in June 2021. The dealership was notified of the loss at that time as to cancel the warranty. It is almost TWO years later and still getting a run around from the dealership (George and Fabio) for a refund for the remaining warranty. So many lies and no return calls.

Typical car dealership, made an appointment for a recall inspection. Told it would take 1 hour. Got to appointment 10 in early and was told the car would be ready in 2-4 hours. anything to get you there......
