We got the electronic recliner from Raymour with the Platinum Protection Plan. The recliner broke down in less than 2yrs and the leather came off as well. We have been trying to use the ‘platinum protection plan’ for months, but have gotten zero traction online. When we approach customer service in person at the store they promise someone will call us but never happens.

I had an outstanding experience at Raymour & Flanigan thanks to Lisa Pugliese customer representative and Douglas Leodori, the store manager.
Lisa, as always, was incredibly professional, attentive, and kind — she understood exactly what I was looking for and made me feel confident and comfortable with my choices.
And I also want to give special thanks to Douglas Leodori — he is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about his customers. Even though the company upgrading to a whole new system, he handled everything smoothly and made sure both my husband and I received the best possible service.
It’s rare to meet a manager who combines deep expertise with such kindness and patience. Douglas truly leads by example — you can tell how much he values his team and his clients.
Thank you both, Lisa and Douglas, for making our experience easy, enjoyable, and absolutely flawless.
Highly recommend this store — their customer service goes above and beyond!

I purshed sectional sofa for 4500$. For that money it should be high quality. After few days seems like fabric start getting damaged really easy. I did call customer service but they told me cant help me. So i find covers online and was using them for few months. But now im done with this nonsens. Sofa is absolutely garbage. Reclainers are squeaky, piece of wood just fall off for no reason, masagers are super loud it makes impossible to watch a movie.
I did have a extea protection plan for another 500$ - so after doing first appointment noone show up, noone call me. After few hours of trying to reach customer service finally they schedule next appointment for Saturday 10/18. Technician spend in my apartment 2 minutes. He did nothing, dont even touch sofa, dont use reclainers- absolutely NOTHING. Few hours later I get email they wont help me.
After 12 months of having sectional sofas for 4500$ im going to throw it on garbage...
If you guys looking for good quality furniture dont go to this store. Just avoid them. There are so many other places. Avoid Raymour&Flanigan.

I had a great experience buying the couch, however the events to follow were disappointing. I never received an email confirmation for my order, they never followed up on the delivery status. When I called to ask about the delivery they told me they would get back to me and never called. When the movers came they said they only had one piece of the couch and they don’t know where the rest was.

Mansur Chiwdhury at the 214 Route 10 Store in East Hanover, NJ is an awesome sales person. He was super helpful without being overbearing. I was with my Mom shopping for a dining set and he was respectful of our space and at the same time readily available to answer our questions even after we left the store. We appreciated his professionalism and kindness as well as his expertise on the products. He went above and beyond. Thank you Mansur for all of your help!

I found the atmosphere to be warm and pleasant. Management and staff greeted everyone that entered with energy that exudes authenticity that immediately made me feel welcomed into their store. I have already begun heralding their professionalism and dedication to providing the very best experience to customers. They have become my go to place even though I live in PA.
