We had the most pleasant experience shopping with the help of Briant. He was extremely professional, respectful, patient and genuine. We managed to find what we needed and are looking forward to receiving the furniture in two days.

DO NOT SHOP HEREPurchased a dining table and chairs and upon receipt we noticed one chairs leg was damaged. We did not accept the chair and a “new” one was redelivered to us. Fast forward to this morning my elderly mother in law was sitting on the “new” chair and the leg broke. Raymour did not send us a new chair they glued the leg together. Now my mother in law is injured. Thank you Raymour. I call that criminal activity.DO NOT SHOP HERE

while the sales person was very nice and knowledgeable, once I was transferred to Customer Care to process my order the attitude changed drastically. The customer care person was very negative and seemed like I was just a burden to her. She had bad attitude and just very unpleasant. She didn't want to help me whatsoever.

Great experienced. I've shopped around before buying a sofa from Raymour and Flanigan OUTLET. This store Furnitures are cheaper compared to others. I've negotiated shipping cost, and they provided discount to saved me $100. Plus, shipment in 2 days. Couldn't be happier. Definitely a great place to buy Furnitures.

I have to say that the best part of buying our new sectional couch was working with Mr. Mansur Chowdhury! He was knowledgeable, efficient, and not pushy at all.I hope Management appreciates what a wonderful asset Mr. Chowdhury is to Raymour & Flanigan and commends him on being such an amazing Consultant! I would definitely return to the store and seek him out for another sale. Take care.

I usually don't enjoy furniture shopping, but I have to give my latest experience with Raymour & Flanigan a five-star review. The sales rep was present without pestering, and she let me buy the way I prefer to buy. The price was reasonable and the product (a kid's bed) seems to be of high quality.

Never buy from this store, wasn't going to comment because 1 star is too many. Great store for buying furniture you'll never get delivered. The 2 employees I dealt with don't want to be working there. Clueless and lie. Overall rating 0 stars. First time I've ever left a comment.

Aretha our sales agent was great! She was kind, considerate, answered our questions and supported us in making valuable decisions towards our purchase. I had a very pleasant experience with Cymone Jones at the branch on rt. 10 in East Hanover . I liked how she patiently took her time to explain the different choices of furniture sets I could chose from. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my purchase. The other staff there also exhibited teamwork in how they assisted one another. Great job guys and thanks again Cymone.

Even the google reviews are fake!! We just realized they used our information to leave a google review After taking a look at some furniture, we told the salesperson (Steven), we will come back after we make a decision. Several days later we received an alert that a credit report had been ran and we received an email for approval for a credit line. The salesperson used our information in the system from a prior transaction to run a credit report and apply for credit without our permission or knowledge. Insult to injury after speaking to a manager in the store we were told that we had given the approval and that we were wrong. We could find a more ethical salesperson on a used car lot. STAY AWAY from this place .. FRAUD

Good experience except for one question I had about the platinum protection plan that was placed on the bill, but not explained. I noticed once I returned home a charge of $39.95. I called the outlet to find out about the charge and if there were supporting paperwork for me to read, in case I needed to use the plan. I was told there was none available. Bummer. I still don't understand why I am paying for something that was not explained and I am left to the customer service representatives to explain the benefits. I should have also been given the option of choosing the plan or not.

We went to Raymour and Flanigan in East Hanover looking for a sectional and the mattress. We were very friendly greeted by the sales consultant but ended up working with the showroom manager Angel. He was amazing. He listened to what we were looking for and kindly suggested some available options. He let us shop but was available when ever we had questions or needed some guidance.

Does it get any worse when a major company who's mission statement on their cover page on their company website is just plainly a lie. Raymour and Flanigan states "their passionate about making our customers happy." Raymour and Flanigan can say "associates work hard to exceed customer expectations." BUT THE TRUTH is it's lies. When my recliner broke just 2 months after purchasing it at a Raymour and Flanigan they wouldn't fix or replace it. No matter what circumstances such as a sale, closeout, or floor model purchase from such a large company who claims to be passionate about customer happiness and does not take care of a customer with a problem like mine, a broken recliner 2 months after purchase because they don't want to take a hit on profit are not considering how bad that reflects on the Raymour and Flanigan reputation is very short sighted !I am NOT one who writes reviews but this is wrong for Raymour and Flanigan to not fix or replace my recliner I bought from them.I value good customer service very much, who doesn't right. I do let managers know when an employee is doing a great job and I have called corporations to let Human Resources know when a manager has exceeded great customer service. People work hard and often don't get well deserved recognition for their good work.To Raymour and Flanigan, your all talk and do not live up to your mission statement ! The manager was certainly unsympathetic to my nearly brand new broken recliner and clearly had no intention of living up to the company policy of making customers feel happy. I can tell customers beware buying product at Raymour and Flanigan. Really bad customer service !

Jordan was exceedingly professional and initially we could not have been happier with our experience (orig. post 4/25), but everything post sale has been a mess (updated post 4/29): Delivery was scheduled between 1-415, they came at 430 (no biggie, at least the first delivery team called ahead and were apologetic). I called the store because there was no bed frame, Jordan said it was not part of the original order - although my wife recalled I explicitly confirmed it was. We discussed and he led me to believe the store would exchange the bed frame for the chest at no added cost & waive delivery fees - then I got an email stating there was an added cost + delivery fee. After several calls/emails I accepted the exchange for an added cost, no delivery fee, and a gift card for the misunderstanding - delivery to be Saturday between 1-330. Come Saturday (today), no email or phone call. I sent an email at 520, then received a text 60 seconds later that the delivery was on the way. I called Jordan to express my frustration, he remained courteous/professional and said he’d speak with the team. I only got a call from the store manage Jeff shortly after telling the second delivery team our original agreement should’ve included the chest. After explaining the entire situation, Jeff seemed interested in the scheduled exchange only. Instead of showing empathy or offering an apology or any accountability - he made excuses like the weather had delayed multiple customers today and blamed their delivery team for not calling me. It is a shame because the buying process was exceptional but the miscommunication, follow through, and customer experience after have been a letdown.
