Customers report great finds and very good sales on designer items for half the price, with an occasional score like Gucci sunglasses. The staff is very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous, with quick registers and no line. The store is easy for returns with no hassles. There is plenty of parking available. However, experiences vary. Some feel you rarely find anything and the store looks empty, advising to visit often as you never know what you'll find. Beware of online orders, which they frequently mess up. The online customer service cannot answer questions about orders or credits, and the app is the worst, often timing out. The best experience is to shop in store.
