Terrible experience with them. The employees are incapable of doing their job appropriately. My account got locked, and I went in person to submit a form for the fraud department. They told me I would get access in a few hours. Next day, still no access. I call them and they told me they can't help and I was told to call the fraud dept. I call the fraud dept and they say I have to talk to the branch. Spoke to the branch and they say that'll take 1-2 days for it to unlock. I wait a whole week and still no access. I call the fraud dept again and they inform me that the branch incorrectly filled out info and they didn't even request my account to be unlocked. I don't know how they messed this up considering how I asked the branch a million times to unlock my online account. The incompetence is ridiculous.

First time I stopped at TD bank to get info, but after waiting 20 min while both tellers had been busy laughing, I left. So, I made an appointment to check the variety of plans/ interests rates, etc. offered and I still waited 40 min until I finally got to talk to the teller It never happens at the bank, I had been banking for 20 years. You get someone to greet you at the entrance and then get invited to the booth.At TD They took my Driver's license and other personal info even before I got a chance to get all the info, interest rates, etc.After getting all my questions answered and their laughable "double points" reward, so many other fees for EVERY transaction, cards ..etc I told them I am not interested. Problem is-now they have all my personal info and bombard me with emails! Too bad I can't give them 0 ratings!

This branch is also terrible. I just came from another one where I had to wait 20 mins before I left because there was only 1 teller who was helping a customer for 20 mins. This branch also only has one teller but several people at desks who don’t even offer to help. Obviously Td bank doesn’t value the time of their customers. Highly dissatisfied

I have banked at this branch for years. They are always friendly, helpful and professional. Kelly and Naomi in particular have assisted me with obtaining information and documents necessary to complete various financial transactions.

Forgot to raise my cash advance limit, was declined. Bank refuses to make second attempt on same day after calling my other bank to raise limit. Told me to come back tomorrow. What kind of ridiculous policy is this? And no, the bank was not closing soon, or busy. Was at 10:00am.

The person working the lobby to open an account did not want to work because they are closing at 2pm. I got to the place at 1:30pm and As soon as I said I wanted to open an account, she looked at the time and from then on she had all the excuses of opening an account. Not a friendly person either. I will never go back to this branch in East Hanover, NJ. ?

NOT CONVENIENT AT ALL. ATM ate my card and turned a simple withdrawal into a big headache. So much for America's Most Convenient Bank!

Yesterday was the most unprogressive day with this bank, which is why I'm decided to take my money out and switch banks. The service while on the surface level is pleasant. The actual work that's supposed to have been done is lacking in all expectations for a multibillion dollar franchise.

Quick, efficient, open on Sundays. What's not to love about that? Clean ATM in the lobby doorway and a quick in and out off of the road. Will update if I end up talking to someone in the lobby next time.
