Went in for a battery replacement, Luis and Justin were extremely helpful and patient. The whole battery replacement process in itself was quick and efficient. Overall the customer service was amazing. I was very pleased with this visit.

The guy at the pay point was great. But the guys at the commercial department were VERY UNFRIENDLY. That wasn't the first time. They need to train them( commercial department) customer service
