The steak was excellent. I had a dry-aged Prime T-bone this time and it was a fantastic cut. My first purchase from them was a NY strip about four years ago, and if I remember correctly it was around $37/lb. This one was $59/lb. I know a T-bone is worth more than a strip, and I understand this is 30-day dry-aged Prime beef with weight loss from aging and trimming. Still, that's close to a 60% increase, which feels a little ahead of where beef prices have gone overall. I thought it may top out at $50/lb, it was a tbone, not porterhouse
That said, the quality speaks for itself. Friendly service, excellent steak, and I'll definitely be back. The price might keep me from making it a regular stop, but I'd still recommend them if you're looking for a great piece of beef.”

“Last month was my first time going there an let me tell you from the meat I’ve seen sitting at the supermarket vs this meat even when being defrosted you can TELL ITS FRESH I bought a little over 200$ worth and it did last me the whole month feeding 4 people ( I still have about 4 meals left & I gifted my mom a order of the beef ribs) The workers are funny and nice they ask you questions on the cut to see if it’s fine or if you want bigger slices !
