Miss Rose and her employees are absolutely wonderful! They are always so accommodating, professional and kind. I wish I could give them a million stars for this tax business! Rose Williams is very nasty and her attitude isn’t professional at all for this job. She believes she can talk to anyone anyways she feels like . I notice I go to do my taxes she has a problem with how I speak as if I’m not Jamaican but yet still their goal is to help their own people . She provoked me one day when I came to make a payment and would stop until I got loud with her after I kept telling ok and trying to defuse the situation. She then threatened me stating I need to come back to file my taxes and she wouldn’t file them for me . She then calls my mom to lie as if I’m not 28 years old living on my own and don’t need my mother around to handle situations. It’s because she knows my family and wanted to provoke cause she knew we were going through a hard time . I will still recommend people to go file their taxes but just not with her and if I ever see her in public I will cuss her out and disrespect her very bad because she needs to watch how she deal with people . She needs to go back to school and learn manners

My daughter file her tax since March 7, 2020 still waiting on her refund. Try calling the office no answer send email over a week no answer. I try to track refund online no information found. I am not sure what is going on, if it was done correctly or they input the wrong social security number. I send email again today and left voice mail message will wait to see if I get a response if not will take the next step.
