Worst nail experience of my life! I showed the lady my desired nail design, and at first she said she could do it. But as she started, the nails kept looking worse and worse. Eventually, she admitted she didn’t know how to do the design — which was just a basic French.
When I asked to have the nails removed, she started yelling at me. I ended up having to call 911, but before police arrived, they decided to remove my nails.
I will never go back there again

I’m not a person to talk down on anyone’s establishment, but the lady who did my nails did a terrible job I went to her twice to fix my nails and my nails didn’t even last a day before they started breaking off without me doing absolutely nothing for them to break. She tried to blame it on it being regular gel on my fingers but no, it’s the way she applied it. I have regular gel applied to my fingers multiple times and they lasted me a good three weeks ! I don’t think she should be doing nails and I paid $70 !

Mainly go for my eyebrows. They usually slay everytime. I've gotten a mani and pedi , simple and cute.Never too busy. Could definitely update the furniture and decor a bit

I went here to remove a complete acrylic set (no gel/dip) that also had gemstones on them. It was BY FAR THE WORST nail removal experience I've ever had. The lady in the first chair (to the left by the window) was the technician. She was rushing the removal process unnecessarily as it was only myself and another customer in the store, while another employee sat down. The nail technician pulled out a metro card to try to pry the acrylic from my actual nail. I refused the use of the metro card and she kept insisting and complaining. In the end, I did not allow her to use the metro card, and I soaked my nail in the warm acetone. She filed my nails with the hand drill to the point of blood clots forming under the nail bed. To make matters worse, I had to remove 4 of the gem stones/charms myself! I went here out of desperation and to be honest, no amount of desperation could ever cause me to return.Service: Synthetic nail removal

The one with the short hair needed NOT to be there. She messy she need to stick to eyebrows. She don't know jack about nails. I made her do it over after 2 days they broke up. Cause she in too much of a damn hurry. Dizzy broad.? Don't get in her chair.Service: Acrylic nails
