Was really shock of the fees. I was charged $947 and still have to send paperwork for the state taxes while I was charged the fees for those states. I am new here but learning.

Horrible service and poor, impatient attitude.Had an appointment for 3pm. I was on time and had my documents. It just took my phone some time to connect to send documents via the link the gentleman sent.The whole time I'm using the link, the guy is pestering me to hurry up because his link is going to expire. I keep telling him that I know, be patient. No, instead he continues to get more annoyed at me taking my time. Starts to babble about the time etc.He then starts to speak to me in a condescending tone to which I respond telling him that's uncalled for. He's raising his voice, yelling and arguing with me about right and wrong.If the tax preparer isn't american, don't use them. This guy is a short Indian fellow. Sexist and doesn't seem to like to deal with women. Or he could be racist.

DO NOT GO HERE! For 2 w2 forms and one dependent I was charged $800! He didn’t tell me how much I was charged until the paperwork was already put in! He was supposed to refund me back $270 and refused because I spoke on my experience. He is crooked! I am currently taking legal actions. Do not go to this man!!

The gentleman in charge was very nice but just because i had one federal and two state tax forms they were going to charge me 400 $ just for the work.... outragous and rediculous. Ik never going here ever again
