We were greeted by the friendly receptionist and then by Grace who treated my son with so much care. He was very nervous about having his blood drawn and she put him at ease immediately. “Usually I'm a big baby when it comes to getting lab/blood work done, but this is the first location that I visited that I didn't feel like I was waiting in the chair for 10 minutes with a rubber band around my arm while they went through paperwork (like other labs have in the past). The moment I sat down in the chair, within one minute the whole thing was already done. Unfortunately I didn't get the womans name who did my lab work for me, but she was so gentle and saw I was getting nervous and walked me through it. I highly recommend this location! Thanks for not making fun of my crying too haha”

Anyway the technician who did my bloodwork was very good. I explained the issue with my having blood drawn she listened and after two attempts she was able to draw the blood just fine. The wait wasn't long and the all the staff was nice and pleasant.”

Jasemine was very professional and courteous. After drawing sample I asked for a urine sample container. She went out of her way to get the container and place it in a bag. My visit was very fast.
