She helped us navigate the prescription paperwork issue we had and was kind and patient with my 4.5 year old who needed a significant amount of blood drawn; No pain, no discomfort, no tears and lots of stickers and compliments from Yolanda made him the happiest kid! And, the facility was extremely clean and organized, which is a huge plus.”

The lady in room 2 was exceptional! I believe her name is Miss Wendy. Each time I arrive at the Union Quest, Miss Wendy is my nurse. She has a welcoming room, and her pleasantness makes you feel comfortable right away. There is a strong presence of peace in room 2.
Her technical precision was excellent. You could not feel the needle enter or exit your arm. She made sure my name was correct before she labeled the blood vials.
When she removed the needle and placed cotton on the puncture, the blood kept flowing. She responded empathetically, put pressure on the area, and the flow stopped.”

“Jasemine greeted me with a pleasant smile. She reviewed my coverage and medical scripts. Jasemine advised me of tests that may not be covered under my insurance and I agreed to pay. Jasemine was very professional and courteous. After drawing sample I asked for a urine sample container. She went out of her way to get the container and place it in a bag. My visit was very fast. Many thanks to Jasemine.”

“My Fiance is a very hard stick. Everywhere we go almost ALL professionals have an extremely hard time finding a vein for bloodwork or IV. Not only does he get stuck over and over again, he is constantly uncomfortable and sometimes in agonizing pain. However, at this Lab Corp location, this was our second visit where we got the same gentleman staff member (I wish I got his name) who stuck him and successfully got him immediately for very important bloodwork. I couldn’t believe my eyes and neither could my fiance. This location in Orange, Nj is definitely our go to spot. It is such a comfort to know we can get the care and service needed. We 100 percent recommended!”

“Usually I'm a big baby when it comes to getting lab/blood work done, but this is the first location that I visited that I didn't feel like I was waiting in the chair for 10 minutes with a rubber band around my arm while they went through paperwork (like other labs have in the past). The moment I sat down in the chair, within one minute the whole thing was already done. Unfortunately I didn't get the womans name who did my lab work for me, but she was so gentle and saw I was getting nervous and walked me through it. I highly recommend this location! Thanks for not making fun of my crying too haha”
