The place was so clean and organized first walking in and smelled incredible. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted right away by the staff and owner, and they asked us exactly what we were looking for. With explaining the situation, Carmine without hesitation went and found everything he needed. He took the time to listen to him, asked him questions about his likes and dislikes and measured him. He was able to find everything that he needed with very little time to spare for the wedding we are attending. The amount of passion he has in his work is truly one of a kind and his personality is one in million. His employee Tori was such a sweetheart and helped us as well when we checked out and always had a smile on her face when speaking with us. “After I made several mistakes in ordering a gift online, I called the Hudson store from out of state. A gentleman named Jonathon went above and beyond to remedy the situation. “I received the suit and returned it back to Suits & more. I returned the suit because it appears to have been altered. The pants were cuffed and about 2” to long. The waist was less than a 33”.
I tried making contact many times by phone and emails. I filed a grievance thru PayPal.
I would like to exchange for the same or similar white suit medium 33” waist un altered or refund.”
