No help at all! The week prior they had even offered me a choice of new phones & even recommended an independent place down the street! Now I'm personna non grata.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!! The worst T-Mobile store I've ever been to. I was helped by manager Darius and mobile expert Rico at the Main Street location. Mobile expert Rico asked me to take down my mask because he wanted to see my face. I said no because of COVID-19. He then said "I'm gonna go through your phone and find some pics then" and really grabbed my phone and began to explore. This was all way too much for me. Throughout my visit they were both rude and disrespectful to me. Darius and Rico were very non efficient and made me feel uncomfortable. They called me names when they got frustrated and could not help me with my problem or phone transfer. Very ignorant and unprofessional makes me want to switch phone companies. On top of that they were not sanitary at all. No one used hand sanitizer, did not wipe counters down or sweep floors upon closing. Worst T-Mobile experience ever!!!!

This T-Mobile location is a clean, bright, little location on Main Street in Orange. I was there to change from another carrier to T-Mobile. My family was doing the same at a different location and geographically, it just made sense for us to go to different stores. The store was full of employees (eight at one count) and one customer. All of the employees were clustered together, talking and laughing. I was not greeted. I stood nearby for a full thirty seconds before I was approached. My reason for being there was very straightforward and unfortunately, I went home with a phone that was not connected to any number. I had to return to the store later to find out that my original phone number had been deleted and was told that it would take 24 hours to recover. I was not given a temporary number. I left the orange location with a useless phone. An employee from the store my family was using, Clifton, later called me and walked me through the process of first, getting a temporary number and then, a few hours later, retrieving my number. Thank you to the Clifton store for sorting out this mess and ensuring I had use of my phone!
