THE WORST hotel ever!! The photos from a third party travel agency were so misleading. We came to the hotel at night, after a long day spent at an amusement park. Chipped paint around the doors, smell of smoke in the non-smoking room, the room was dirty and dusty, the beds did not look comfortable or clean. There were water stains on the walls. I mean gross. Could clearly hear the other guests in another room. We were from out-of- town, the area did not seem safe. We left after a few minutes. Opinion: this establishment needs new management and a serious upgrade or complete shut down. No stars.

The staff were very lovely and helpful. They helped me when I was down. I am not going to say mean things about the place in public but let's say I do not recommend.

Infestation of bed bugs, filthy hotel. The staff at the front desk refused to refund my son his money. I contacted the health department on his behalf.

There was no breakfast only a box with juice, chips and muffin. I was moved from room 620, because of roaches and other bugs, overall hotel is dirty. There are shady looking people driving in and walking around in the parking lot

The staff was very, very rude! We called about a concern we were having, and were hung up on. Stay away from this hotel!

This place is a n absolute dump. They're housing people here, so there actually people living there, in amd out. Garbage all over the parkling lot. Foyer stinks, and it looks like a run down apartment building, dirty windows, dirty curtains. We checked in, went to the room and immediately checked out. Didn't even spend 5 minutes in the place.

This hotel just needs some love the place is run down the tv was having some issues but they fixed it. I would not say this is the workers fault the owner just need to fix place up and have a good breakfast. Hope they fix it up 1 star.

Worst place ever, I spend $1000 for 3 nightmare in east orange, no breakfast so ever/ bunch of homeless people hang out a front the hotel and smoking weeds. The whole parking lot full of trash. No ice machines / hallway is super hot. The staff wasn’t the pleasant ppl at all.

Breakfast was awful. The room needed to be renovated. The tub was peeling. The only thing this hotel had going was the air-conditioning, and the grounds and facade were well kept. I slept well, and the bed was firm. They should close and renovate.

I DID NOT STAY HERE MORE THAN AN HOUR. Although this was suppose to be an overnight trip I left ASAP. IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE AND READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE HAND (I DID NOT) TAKE THE ALTERNATE. IF THERE WAS ANYWAY TO POST WITHOUT GIVING A STAR OR MINUS STARS I WOULD💯
