Seems they don't know their constitutional rights and from other reviews like they are RUDE. Do better Santander!

Had a terrible experience while trying to open an account. Both Joy and her manager, Sharon, were rude and lacked the level of customer service I’ve come to expect from this bank. I’d recommend avoiding this branch—unless you’re just using the ATM.

This branch is the worst branch of Santander Bank. The staff not professional and not ready to assist with your issues.
