Today I had an appointment to pick up a passport refund, but the gentleman who works here at the front desk is very rude. He should be working at a different institution, because he has no respect and tries to treat people as if they were animals; he discriminates against everyone.

I wish I could give negative star. They don’t answer calls. I called so many times because there was no attempt for redelivery and I was far from home, I couldn’t get to talk to anyone and I know for sure, somebody could hear that telephone ring. Wasting money on lazy people.
